I called Alec to repair a kitchen faucet where the water flow had reduced to a trickle. I tried to replace the pull-out hose line myself, but couldn't. Alec had it repaired and back to normal within an hour. He's friendly, thoughtful, and will definitely be my plumber for any future repairs.

Alec just installed a replacement hot water heater for us and did an outstanding job, he is very communicative, punctual and professional. Alec went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right the first time, tested and fully operational, and that we were happy with the installation. He explained all the pricing and options beforehand and afterwards showed how to set the pilot light, operate the controls on the water heater and troubleshooting. Alec also was very respectful of our property and our safety, including COVID-19 precautions, wearing a mask and gloves and social distancing at all times. He kept a clean work environment and gave us some very useful plumbing tips and suggestions for how to get the most out of our hot water heater and other fixtures and appliances. We will be sure to use Alec again for any future plumbing needs or installations.

It took me years to find a plumber and I found Alec by chance -- he was doing work for my neighbor and I approached him. In fact, I think he only accepted my ""small job"" because he did a big one for the neighbor.

In any case, Alec is a super nice and approachable guy. In addition, he is quick responding via email or calling (translation: reliable). Just as important, Alec is a pro: he came, he looked, he committed, and he returned ready to do the work. His approach to the job is methodical and his execution impeccable -- he was using the level tool to make sure the shower arm was straight. Visually it was, but he used the tool! He never seemed rushed and tested the repair done.

I must say I am stoked beyond belief: the improvement in functionality as well as aesthetics is night an day. Before he left, I already commissioned the next job.:=)

He went the extra mile of researching the parts needed, photographing the faucets and contacting the appropriate dealer. Alec is very thorough, polite and knows his trade. We had a very slow shower leak that was challenging to diagnose and fix. Alec was the second plumber to come to the house (the first one gave up and could not figure it out). We had a 20-year old Delta shower. Alec was extremely patient in dealing with them until he got to the bottom of the part that we needed (and as we now know has been discontinued). He and I worked as a team to find the part all over town (and online). He's been nothing but amazing and very responsive to the process even though it was around the holidays. He was flexible in accommodating us with our schedules as it took several house visits to finally get our shower working. His demeanor makes you want to be his friend. Super nice, honest, trustworthy guy. And, he can fix things! I highly recommend him and would use him again should I need another plumber. Hopefully not soon.
