He responded very quickly to two showers with problems. He ran a little late and called to let me know BEFORE he was supposed to arrive. He covered his shoes before entering my home and he gave a me a quote before he did the work, which I have learned not all plumbers do (Go figure). His quote was fair and the work he did was excellent. I am very pleased with Flow Fix Plumbing and Izaak, and I am also relieved that I now know a good, honest, reliable, trustworthy plumber to call when I need one.
