Has old, busted equipment, & doesn't really know what he is doing.
Not only that, charges outrageous for his wasted time figuring out what needs to be done.

I called Nacho the owner on a Friday and explained I needed a gas line done in my backyard by Monday. He said sure I'll come over this afternoon. He didn't show up. Should have known then he is a flake. But he texted me late that evening and said he could come by the next morning. He showed up and looked at the job. Super easy job. He told me he was going to his supplier that day, that he'd text me the price and do the job that afternoon. I didn't hear from him so I texted him at about 5:30 PM. No apology from him. He just wrote that he didn't have time to do it until Tuesday. Thanks for wasting 2 days of my life Nacho and making my Monday deadline even harder to meet. Don't waste your time with this guy.
