This guy was called out by my elderly next door neighbor as all toilets were backed up. As I pulled into the garage area he was using my outdoor hose. I opened my garage and also a different neighbors garage as he lets us use his garage to park in as he is only here a few times a year.

My boyfriend and noticed the guy from Flo's quickly finished with my hose and made a beeline to his truck. We didn't think much of it as we pulled into our neighbors garage to park the car and then entered our home through our garage. An hour later we went to go out again and I noticed liquid coming from under the back gate of neighbor's atrium. ( where we park our car)

I also noticed a terrible stench, I opened the gate to the atrium and the bastard from Flo's plumbing had placed 4 large plastic bags filled with urine and shit (literally) behind the gate.

Now we knew why he took off on a hurry. He wasn't expecting anyone to be aware that he literally dumped one neighbors waste in the backyard of another neighbor.

Too cheap to pay the disposal fee and complete disregard for the health and safety of the public.

WHO KNOWS HOW MANY TIMES THIS DISGUSTING UNPROFESSIONAL HAS DONE THIS AND OR WORSE.

Florentine is the best plumber we've used in the desert. He is honest, does excellent work, and understands that people want plumbing problems fixed today, not next Wednesday.

My mother is quite elderly and has called Flo several times to fix things that really didn't need fixing. He could have ripped her off, but instead he didn't even charge her. I just can't say enough good things about the guy.
