I can't say enough great things about this guy. My hot water tank dies on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. He'd installed it a number of years ago, so I called out of desperation. He took the call on Sunday, even though I later learned he was at a lake with family trying to have a bit of a vacation. He apologized profusely for not being able to come that day (not something I'd have expected anyway) and came on Memorial Day around 9:30.

Replaced the tank, helped with some other small issues, even walked me through getting the warranty set up, all while being charming and super helpful. Very reasonable price at the end.

If I could give Petros more than 5 stars, I would. I seriously have never met anyone so kind, efficient, and accommodating. This review is long overdue. We had an emergency with our hot water heater right before Christmas--the pilot was out, and we had no hot water due to a defect in the heater itself. Our son was due home from CA for Christmas, and we were facing not having any hot water--we were frantic. No one was able to address our situation. I looked on Yelp, and saw that Floros Plumbing had 5 stars across the board, and I called, having no idea where they were located (as it turns out, over 40 minutes from our home). Without going into great further detail, Petros went above and beyond to repair our heater before our son arrived home, taking great pains to contact the manufacturer, have the parts overnighted, and drive a long distance to repair the heater. I simply can't say enough about him. He is a gem and was truly a lifesaver. Best plumber AND human being ever!!!!

Excellent service! Had a facet that wouldn't turn off and a leak downstairs in the basement. They explained what was going on for both and fixed it very promptly. Took less than an hour. Recommend strongly! Thanks gents!!!!

Petros is always very reliable, has very reasonable pricing, solves the issue quickly, and is able to come out and do same-day jobs. I've called him to come out and investigate my broken toilet, to replace my toilet later on, and today he came out to fix my heater. He's very professional, explains everything clearly, and was super sweet to my little dog (pictured)- which is always important! I highly recommend Petros!

Our water heat tank leaked. We called two plumbers and one need to wait for a week and the other required scheduling. So we googled and found Floros. He gave us a quote after receiving the photos, and visited us on the same day. The work was done smoothly. He is knowledgeable and is helpful when we asked him about other issues in our unit. We will hire him again.

P. Floros is THE BEST! He is smart and knowledgeable and very experienced. I had two broken toilets and a broken shower valve. He gathered all of the relevant information when we spoke over the telephone and set my expectations for the labor and the cost of the parts that would most likely be involved. He was efficient and fast in his work and now both toilets and the shower valve work!!! On top of all that, he is a really nice guy and I'm glad to have met him!

Looked on Yelp for a reputable plumber. Came across P. Floros because of the great reviews. Called and was able to immediately tell Floros about the issues that were occurring at my house and was also hoping to get my furnace inspected. P. Floros was upfront that he did not know whether he could attend to the furnace; I appreciated his honesty. Before hanging up, we agreed I would send photos of the furnace and water heater so he could better determine whether he could attend to the furnace. After doing so, he informed me he might be able to help. So, I tried to schedule a time (on two separate occasions, the second one was a few days after our first correspondence) that he could stop by; I informed him I was available anytime.

Unfortunately, he did not follow through in scheduling despite my attempts. I think that P. Floros is probably a busy person who attends to many people, many of whom have urgent needs. I presume that I was forgotten since I did not have anything that was immediate.

Knowing my plumbing issues weren't urgent compared to others, I understood if I would have to wait a few days to get my plumbing issues addressed. At the same time, I would have appreciated if P. Floros at least gave me a time frame rather than forgetting or potentially seeing my plumbing issues as unimportant. At the writing of this, it has almost been a week since our last correspondence.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLY SERVICE. I called with an emergency heating issue at 6pm and Petros was there and had the issue fixed within two hours. Plus he explained what happened, was incredibly nice about it, and did a safety inspection while he was there. I've had nothing but bad luck with plumbers for the last couple years ... seems like my luck just changed!
