I had a situation that was more inconvenience than emergency. Called Petros on a Saturday evening...he was out of town...in the middle of schooling someone in a game of pool. Yet he took my call, diagnosed the exact problem and was at my house at 1030 that night! Felt like I was in bizarro world, this was the opposite of what usually happens.

He was quite personable and quoted an honest price. Oh yeah, he did great work too! P. Floros should be your first call.

I have called Petros twice to do two different jobs for me in my condo. The first job was a water heater replacement. Petros was very quick to respond to my call, quoted me a fair price and even installed and removed my old water heater the same day. I called him again when I needed my dishwasher replaced. Petros was very responsive to my inquiry. When it was delivered I called him up and he came again the same day. Both installations were quick and painless. Finally while Petros was out I had him look at my garbage disposal that suddenly stopped working. I thought I needed to replace it, but after taking a look Petros thought it was more of an electrical issue. He was correct, and it ended up saving me money in the end as I didn't need to replace the unit. However, if my garbage disposal does finally go, I know who to call to replace it!

Professional, prompt, and responsive.

Petros installed a pumping system in my basement to empty my constantly-running dehumidifier. He not only installed the system, he explained to me what was happening, how to keep the system in good running order, and what to expect. He double-checked the equipment, and upon finding that one piece was faulty, replaced it immediately at no charge.

I'm keeping him on file as my plumber!

True professional. Petros responded to our call late Sunday night. Showed up despite having been on the road for 6 hours. Replaced our leaky outdoor spigot within 30 min. We're having him back to replace our garbage disposal next.

When you call a plumber, Petros is exactly who you hope and pray shows up. He is responsive (he calls you right back or answers the phone right away), respectful of your time (he was running a tad late due to morning traffic and texted me to let know), honest, fair, reasonably priced, personable, knowledgeable and smart (he asked me to text a picture of my fixture so he could be sure that he had what he needed when he came to my condo). I can't recommend him highly enough! He provided the absolute best experience I've ever had with a contractor. If only he was a carpenter and electrician, too!

I own a small multi family property and unfortunately, one of my tenants was struggling with a stopped up shower drain. I called P Flores at about 6:30 on a Wednesday night. He was able to make it over shortly after, was professional, and quickly got to work. Unfortunately multiple tries were not working so he tried a different strategy working in the basement. After some troubleshooting, he got rid of the clog, closed things up, and was done. He charged a very fair price for the work and I would highly recommend him. To any landlords out there, he was also landlord friendly, asking for the tenants phone number to arrange the work directly with them.

Amazing service and work, every 5 star Yelp review is surely warranted. I called P Floros on a Friday and asked if he could complete the installation of my new shower faucet that I had started (but couldn't complete). He quoted me a price and said he could possibly come by that evening. After touching base later in the day I told him I would not be available that evening but would call him the following week. I called him on the ensuing Monday around 8:30AM and he came to my home at noon. In less than 15 minutes he had the shower faucet installed and willingly took care of two additional jobs I asked him about on the spot; unclogging my bathroom sink which was draining slowly, and redoing the path of my dishwasher drain hose. He completed those task quickly and without issue...but wait, there's more! He noticed my dishwasher was a bit uneven under the countertop, so he retrieved some more tools from his truck and adjusted it perfectly (it looks much better than before). All of this work was done, the initial work we discussed and the extra tasks, for merely $30 more than the price he quoted me on the prior Friday. He could not have been more fair and prompt, truly professional and on top of his game (I am still shocked and impressed he went the extra mile to level my dishwasher!). I will be calling P Floros for any and all plumbing related issues in the future. Highly recommended and trustworthy. Thanks!

I would recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues. Our toilet was brocken and it was New Years. We recieved high quotes from a number of plumbers to just come over. This company called promptly, provided a reasonable estimate, arrived early, completed work promptly, and was very professional. The best interaction we have had with a home service company!

If you look down this list, you'll see that Petros ONLY has 5 star reviews. That is very, very well deserved.

We had a plumbing emergency on a weekend, and after doing some initial diagnostics (to make sure he had the right pieces), he came over cheerfully and promptly. He explained the likely costs (which did NOT include a weekend surcharge) upfront, then stuck to them.

To top it all off, he's a very personable guy. Our new gold standard.
