We have all heard horror stories about plumbers. Mike is the exception to those stories. He is simply amazing! Not only is Mike a very kind and honest man, but his word is his bond and stands by his work. Plus he will not nickel and dime you to death. He is very transparent about the cost of everything. Value, quality, and honesty describe him.

I had three other quotes before Mike's. He was able to diagnose my drainage problem (which the other plumbers had missed), and quoted a much lower price.

He was very professional, arrived on time fully prepared with all of the equipment and parts needed. He worked efficiently, and after he was done completely cleaned up the work area so that it was cleaner than before he started!

Since then I have hired Mike for two other projects, and each one was done superbly, and at a very reasonable price. I cannot say enough good things about Mike. I am just grateful to have found such a great guy and great plumber!

You mostly need a plumber when it's an emergency - and that was our case too. We called Mike of Flori's Plumbing based on raving reviews on line. Too good to be true we thought . . . . we were wrong. Mike is everything the reviewer wrote and more. He listened, was professional, explained process and pricing prior and did and impeccable and quality job for us. No service call fees that are not applied to the final cost or no up charging. Super kind gentleman and fair. There have been more emergencies after our first encounter, but only one decision on who to call. Mike Flori.

When I decided to replace the hoses to my washing machine, I found that I couldn't completely shut off the water supply. I called Mike on a Saturday afternoon and he was on a job. He came out first thing Sunday morning (even though Sunday is his day off.) He replaced the valves and I had him replace the laundry tub faucet as well. Mike is friendly, easy to work with, and guarantees his work. He gave some useful tips and advice on plumbing matters too. Will use again.
