A big thank you to Melvin and Anthony, for coming out to Cypress Bend II today, in order to fix a water leak In very large PVC pipe. They found the leak and replaced the pipe in short order. Florida Tropical Plumbing does a super job. They replaced my main home gate valve with a new ball valve, a few years ago. They do a lot of work in Cypress Bend and they are always welcome. If you want a 5 star company, call Florida Tropical Plumbing. You will be glad you did. They have my utmost respect!

So far so good on a kitchen faucet replacement. Melvin was masked and gloved and had all the right tools and was a professional. Double checked everything to make sure it was all good. Would use them again.

Recently we discovered our 50 yo main water shut off in our Pompano condo no longer worked. Leaving water on in our absence was not an option. Our management company recommended Florida Tropical Plumbing. They installed a proper lever shut off which will never corrode or fail. Apparently, they do these all the time. Great job, done in days, fair price. I recommend this company highly.

Horrendous customer service. Will not answer any question over the phone. Wait to step on your property to start charging $94 an hour. Would not uphold their own warranty that was written on their sales check from previous visit. 15 minutes on property for $94 and did not replace anything just tightened a bolt, which didn't even fix the issue.
