PLEASE READ!!!!! ATTENTION EVERY POTENTIAL CUSTOMER. I'm so disappointed and ticked off that this company showed it's TRUE colors. I must start of by saying I was scheduled for a service call from my Home warranty thru them for Wednesday and I called Tuesday to verify my appointment I was told 12-4 PM I took off work waited till 5pm called mike the owner he told me he had no record of me on his schedule and he was sorry his wife told me that. He put me on for that next day Thursday. The tech came out spent time there unclogging my pipe and left the portion of my pipe still open and forgot the rubber piece I had placed on there. I came home to my entire garage Flooded!!! And some how re clogged. I called up that same second he apologized and said he will be out tomorrow this time he came put a new cap on fixed the plumbing again because it was rec logged only this time his machine vibrated and knocked over a jack that happen to land on my Grouper fishing pole and snapped the pole almost in half and then I came home again texted the owner and his response was """" it was an honest mistake"""" I asked him to make things right by refunding my service call he kept on justifying he had to come back out to fix the leak again as if it was my problem. Then after all this he told me he would be giving me 75 bucks back to my card I waited a week no refund. Then I asked him he said we don't have your card on file that he will send me a check been 10 days before nothing. If a plumbing company has a hard time refunding 75 bucks good luck getting any serious damages fixed. It's a shame they acted like this beware of this place. Yes they may be nice but in a bind they are dishonest

Florida plumbing is the worst company you can hire you can do much better I was schedule for someone to come by and look at my toilet because water was not entering into the toilet bowl. I got a call at the end of a four hour window saying that they were not going to show up because the technician had an emergency and I waited all day for that person to come. So they scheduled me for the first thing the next morning from 7 to 11,11 AM came by and I called them saying where was the tech I needed to be at work by 1 o'clock Michael the owner and manager said I have no awareness that someone was supposed to be servicing your toilet today. Long story short Tech by the name of Travis came to my house approximately 6:30 PM with an attitude and being very disrespectful and then saying that he will not fix the toilet because it is not on the service warranty because I put blue dye in the toilet which I NEVER DID!!! After he left I went on YouTube and within 20 minutes I fix the problem myself had nothing to do with blue die nothing to do with clogging. Some screws needed to be adjusted. Please do yourself a favor don't hire this company and if you insurance warranty recommends them say no I want another company and by law they have to. Had an appointment since Monday through my home warranty; called them today since I was told I get a 30 minute call before they come. My app was from 11-3, nobody called me and I called them back 4 times to ask when the tech was arriving. The person in the phone kept telling me that their technician Travis will call me with an ETA-time and he's running a few minutes behind. It's 3:40 and I call back and once again they are getting Travis to call me, never happened. I have been waiting for this company all day and it's 4:30 and no call or show. Had to call home warranty to try to change appointment but of course they don't have anything tomorrow and will have to wait until following Monday. Nope, this appointment has been on the books since this Monday. I have a life and job and waiting here all day for my toilet to get fixed with no call. Don't trust this company after this so I told home warranty place to get a different company to come out. Companies like this don't value potential new clients so wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Make sure you have ALL day to wait!!!!!! I was given a time between 10 - 2 for the plumber to come to the house. He was kind enough to call at 1:30 to say he would not make it until 3-4. I ran an errand and was back by 3. He had shown up at 2:43 (took a picture of the house) waited 10 minutes and left. I was home by 3. After 4 I called and they said they tried to call and he was there, but the manager told him to wait 10 minutes and leave. By my calculations, that is 2:53. Before the time I was home! Guess who couldn't get any service as it is after 5 on Friday!?! Nice customer service policy! Travis has a great way to run his office.

SCAM. Charged DOUBLE of what the repair should be. American Home Shield sends these jokers out, they are clueless. BEWARE

Very disappointed!!! Plumber was not helpful and unwilling to look for replacement parts, because calling the conpany for parts was too difficult and too time consuming, but he was more than willing to replace the faucet at a ridiculous price... $250, oh that's after his 12 service calls he had to get to after us...so sorry to bother you. Don't worry won't happen again!!

Was assigned this company through my home warranty company and there is nothing positive to say. The technician they sent out was texting on his phone while writing up my receipt. He seemed to have no knowledge base on how a shower valve works. He then took my money and told the home warranty company that everything was in working order. When I contacted his supervisor Mike, he said he would send another technician out. After several no shows and unacceptable customer service, if you ever get assigned this company call and ask for someone else...they are the worst!!!! They lied to my home warranty company and were incredibly unprofessional.

Florida Plumbing & Environmental Services does great work. I needed assistance late in the day and they had no problem working late, fixed the problem and left the bathroom cleaner than it was before! Thanks Ray!!

My home warranty aligned is wth this company and they have horrible customer service orientation. They no showed twice, came on a day that was never agreed upon then instead of apologizing, they got combative. Spoke with the owner who was of no help either so you can't expect much from his team. STEER CLEAR!

Very unprofessional company. They would schedule appointments and then not show up because a bigger job came along. I would take off from work early and then have to call them when no one showed up. Often, I would have to be the one to call them to know what work was done or what their diagnosis was. They quoted me one price and confirmed repeatedly but then sent an invoice for way more money. I still have clogged toilets and sinks. Look elsewhere.
