Ileana, our co-founder is a graduate of Yale University with a focus in Environmental Studies. Prior to, starting Florida Palm, Ileana had a career in Environmental Engineering, primarily in the state of Florida. Ileana's experience in Environmental Engineering has been instrumental to the development of Florida Palm.

As President, Ileana manages all construction management and plumbing operations. She is actively involved in the South Florida community, having participated on the Board of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and being an engaged member of various groups within the field. She has spearheaded expansions in commercial departments and is a dedicated owner of this minority-owned business enterprise.
