Ileana is a graduate of Yale University with a focus in Environmental Studies. Previously, starting Florida Palm, Ileana had a career in Environmental Engineering, primarily in the Florida market. Ileana's experience in Environmental Engineering has been instrumental to the success of Florida Palm.

As the leader, Ileana manages all construction operations and plumbing operations. She is actively involved in the South Florida area, having served on the Board of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and being an active member of various associations within the field. She has spearheaded expansions in business departments and is a committed owner of this minority-owned business enterprise.
