Ileana, our co-founder is a degree holder of Yale University with a focus in Environmental Studies. Previously, co-founding Florida Palm, Ileana had a career in Environmental Engineering, primarily in the Florida market. Her experience in Environmental Engineering has been crucial to the growth of Florida Palm.

As President, Ileana supervises all building management and plumbing tasks. She is deeply engaged in the South Florida area, having served on the Board of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and being an engaged member of various organizations within the industry. She has spearheaded expansions in government departments and is a dedicated owner of this small business enterprise.
