Ileana is a degree holder of Yale University with a focus in Environmental Studies. Previously, starting Florida Palm, Ileana worked in Environmental Engineering, primarily in the state of Florida. Her experience in Environmental Engineering has been key to the growth of Florida Palm.

As President, Ileana manages all construction management and plumbing services. She is highly active in the South Florida community, having participated on the Board of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and being an active member of various groups within the field. She has driven expansions in government departments and is a committed owner of this small business enterprise.
