Jerry (owner) came to my house to detect a slow water leak. He was on time. The leak detection process was straightforward. No leak was found. The service call took about 25 minutes and I paid him $300 for his services as previously discussed. In the process of troubleshooting potential leaks the gate valve cold water supply stem to the electric water heater was broken in the off position. I only discovered this after Jerry left because there was no hot water in the house. As I was travelling internationally the next day and didn't have time to troubleshoot and fix the problem, my wife was frantic and angry. She called Jerry and left a message. To his credit he called back very late at night and offered suggestions as to what might be wrong, basically saying """"Good Luck"""" you're on your own on this one. No follow up calls came from him or his office; there were no offers to come out the next day to solve the problem. My wife called Aqua Plumbing & Air (excellent company) the next day. They came that day, found the problem and replaced the broken gate valve with a new ball valve shutoff. There are many leak detection services available in the area. I won't be dealing with LeakPros again. Not recommended.

Just want to say I used Leak Pros recently for an Emergency. They were on the job immediately for us and we were very happy with their work. The Owner is in touch with his customers constantly and is a man of his word!

Jer came right out and located not one, but two leaks! Very polite, professional, and courteous. Went above and beyond to help me out!

Horrible management with lazy employees. We hired them to detect a leak back in July. They sent an employee at 3:30. Once it got to be after 5:00 his attitude changed and he was visibly annoyed. He was unable to find the leak and despite my protests claimed it had to be my AC drain line. This was incorrect and after further water damage I ripped out the drywall and discovered the leak myself. The pipe had a pinhole as I suspected and was located right at the center of the water damage behind a wall that was visibly soaked when the employee came. Now the company wants to fight us and say it's a new leak and make us jump through hoops so the owner can inspect. They even had the nerve to offer a discount for detecting this """"new"""" leak that I had already found. This company is an absolute joke. I recommend you keep looking and find a different leak detection company Update: The fat man in the red shirt pictured is the owner of this business. He showed up with 3 other men to intimidate my wife when we asked for a refund due to their report being incorrect. He showed up and was combative from the start. Refund me or see me in court Jerry.
