Needed to get an old gas Pool heater disconnected on short notice. They were out same day and extremely reasonable when it came to pricing. Third person I called, the other two didn't answer and I'm glad for it. Saved them for future issues, always nice to have a reasonably priced plumber who can also handle gas.

We've used them serval times so far for various reasons and call backs. All of the techs were friendly . They are reasonably priced and hold a high level of integrity, and show up when they say they will. My first project they gave me a veteran discount for my spouse serving. I thought that was really nice and thoughtful. Claudia at the front was also really responsive. We will use them for all services moving forward .

I was selling a home that unbeknownst to me had an open permit from a previous owner for an air conditioner that had been installed 13 years ago but never received the final inspection from the city. When this home went under contract, the title search discovered the open permit and the buyer insisted that the permit be closed out. I contacted the air conditioning company that installed the system. They re-opened the permit and called for the final inspection. They failed the inspection, came out and did some work and called for another inspection. They failed the 2nd inspection because the gas connection and vent from the air handler were not up to code. The A/C company was losing money because they were doing this work for free and now needed the gas contractor that did the original gas work to make the necessary corrections. Unfortunately the gas contractor could not do the work until 3 weeks later (they also would have to do it for free so they weren't motivated to get it done quickly) but the closing was scheduled in 1 week. I needed the work to get done right away so I called Florida Gas & Plumbing, explained the time crunch I was under and Rick came out to evaluate the situation. He sent 2 technicians out to fix the incorrect installation done by the previous gas contractor, called for the final inspection (which passed this time) and the closing was on time. Rick is a true professional and I highly recommend Florida Gas and Plumbing to anyone who wants to get the job done right!

Rich and his crew did a GREAT job on this very difficult 3-fire pits gas plumbing when the other companies I requested estimates from walked away from it. The two guys on site were extremely hard workers and very conscientious about keeping everything clean. Some of the prep work that I was supposed to have done before they arrived was not up to par. They just dived right in and fixed it and didn't make me feel bad about it. The only reason I did 4 instead of 5 stars is that we had some back and forth getting someone out for the estimate and then getting the job scheduled. I know it was just a result of them being busy. And, that just like my job took more work than they expected (my fault on the sub-par prep work), I am sure other they have other jobs run over. I used to be in the custom concrete business and I know that stuff happens. I am definitely hiring them again to pipe gas, water, and sink drains for my outdoor kitchen and (if they want to do it) water to my dock in the near future.

I was very disappointed my son took a half day off of work because they said they would be there. And this was well in advance. They didn't show up or call and when I called late in the afternoon, and asked if they were coming. They said oh sorry we got tied up. This was discourteous, and very disappointing. I will not use these people again.

Tanya was responsive and called back same day on all situations. Rick came out to fix pipe placements I was not happy with. There were a couple miscommunications regarding the permit (not their fault) and they called and emailed every single day until it was resolved. This company went above and beyond for me and my family.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. They came out twice to fix a gas leak. We had our gas turned off for 2 days because they could not find it. They charged us still for the time they were there, even after admitting he made a mistake. The issue was the stove knob. They never checked that to begin with. Their mistake cost me hundreds of dollars. When I called to work out the price because I did not feel like I should have had to pay for their negligence, he was rude and yelling at me. I definitely will not be doing business with them ever again.
