Florida Energy Water and Air sent the right person out to complete our annual AC services. DAVID OLVERA is amazing. I want to say he went ABOVE AND BEYOND by explaining what services were needed for our AC. He explained what is needed to keep the system clean and he took the time to ensure the filter was changed/dated for the upcoming future. He greeted/left with smile. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR SERVICES. THANK YOU DAVID OLVERA I would recommend EVERYONE to have you come out and provide AC services and THANK YOU FLORIDA ENERGY WATER AND AIR FOR THE AMAZING SERVICES.

Had a scheduled repair appointment for my Rainsoft unit today. Was told when I made the appointment 2 weeks ago that the tech would call in the morning to let me know when he would arrive. Not only did I receive no call, but when I went out to check the mail at 2:30pm, there was a bill for $40.00 stating I wasn't home at 1:00pm when tech arrived. I WAS HOME! Doorbell works. No music, TV, dishwasher, laundry, or anything to cause me not to hear the doorbell. I wish zero stars were an option.

Scam alert is my opinion. Deceptive and shady business practices. Perhaps has potential for a lawsuit for a smart, attorney? We bought a home in May of 2022 in Florida. In June, I was contacted by phone by """"Mark"""" of FEWA, soliciting to sell me a water system. They get your information from public records. Normally, I don't listen to these """"calls"""", but he caught me at an off time. He stated that Florida has some of the worst water in the country. He explained FEWA works together with Home Depot and that we would schedule a rep to come to the house, test the water at no charge and in exchange I would receive a gift card to Home Depot. At some point, I was told the gift card would be $100 and the demonstration would take approximately an hour. I said we weren't coming to Florida till Oct. and to call back. Mark did call in October, but we changed our plans arrive in January. Again,I told him to call back. Mark called early January, we just arrived and needed time settle in. He called back in February, twice on the same day as the first call lost the connection (this is important later in the story). We scheduled an appointment for Feb 15th at 1:00 p.m., AGAINST my husbands wishes, but it was to be an hour. On that date, the sales rep came. Jeff. He was prompt and courteous, BUT, he was here till close to 4:30 p.m.!!! I mentioned that to Jeff, saying it was supposed to take an hour and he said, """"well if they told you 3 hours, would you have agreed?"""" When it was time to learn the price of this Rainsoft system along with a whole bunch of concentrated soaps it was $7,195.00. But if I eliminated the soaps and paid cash, it would drop to $4,686.00. I declined to purchase. Jeff now handed me a piece of paper with a web address on it redemption codes and said it contained the information needed to claim """"whatever gift card"""" I was promised. I followed the instructions and completed the questionnaire and expected my $100 gift card within 24-48 hours in my e-mail. Well, by the end of 2/17/23 (48 hours later) nothing. I went back to that website and asked when I could expect it. On Monday, 2.20.23, I received a call from Julie, representing FEWA. Now this is where the fun begins. Julie said something like her purpose was to follow up and address the concerns in my e-mail as a customer service ting. She asked why I believed I was to receive a $100 gift card to Home Depot. I told her the story She then said that they NEVER give that amount. At best, they give $20, but they get a lot of these complaints She asked who told me I would get a $100 gift card. It was Mark. She told me that they had all the conversations between Mark and myself RECORDED and that she listened to them and at no time did Mark state this!!! Did I want to listen to the recordings. Now, I'm really miffed, ESPECIALLY because there was NEVER a disclaimer that the phone calls were being recorded!! She began playing first recording, telling me the date of it was 6.13.22. I immediately recognized the recording and it was from the MOST RECENT PHONE CALL OF 2.20.23. Now: I was lied to about the amount of the gift card, I was lied to about the amount of time the representative would be here, I was NOT ADVISED of phone calls being recorded and I was lied to about dates of the recordings. My husband asked to hear each recording and we got Julies permission to record them. As she played them, we noted dates. In listening to these, they were CERTAINLY of Mark and myself, and THERE WAS NO MENTION OF AN AMOUNT FOR A GIFT CARD. After listening to these recordings, I CANNOT state with certainty, but it appears there were several opportunities that the recordings could have been edited. I can't argue with what I heard, but I'm really angry that I was never advised I was being recorded. WHO DOES THIS??? I told Julie I would be filing a complaint with state agencies and we ended the call. I began journal the event when a few hours later, Julie phoned again. She said no one ever stayed on the phone as long as me listening to recordings and because of that she felt I wasn't lying. She took the info to upper management and they were to remedy and send me the $100 gift. She said, the most they EVER was $40, but due to my persistence, they felt, somewhere along the line I was given mis-information. She stated (an alternative excuse) that perhaps Mark may have used his personal phone at some point and the conversations would not have been recorded, therefore, they could not prove my claim either way. So, now, I am promised to receive the gift card within 24 to 48 hours. I wait and by 2.21.23, no gift card. I call Julie and she tells me it should have arrived, takes 24-48 hours but it should be forthcoming and if not, she will 'light a fire under them"""" . Well today is 2.23.23 after 5 p.m. Still no gift card. I am NOT going to call again. I just hope and pray this helps anyone who takes the time to read my review.

If there was an option for zero stars I would select it. They do not stand behind their products. We upgraded the system for $3000 and they want to charge outlandish trip charges and labor charged and never fix the problem. It's a scam to keep their service department running. The warranty is no good at all. Horrible. Buyer beware!!! People buying homes in sorrento be careful.

1 of 2 reviews. MY FAMILY DID NOT HAVE A RELIABLE, SAFE SOURCE FOR HOT WATER FOR OVER A MONTH. This first review is regarding installation of appliances. This company installed a solar attic fan, whole home water treatment system, and natural gas tankless water heater. As of today, my horrible experience is ongoing. The permits with the city are sitting open and the company has not followed up since we mailed a formal letter of complaint and construction defect notice to the operations manager, Jason Spinney and owner on record, Timothy V Randolph. We do not feel like important customers. All of the install work began unpermitted on October 11, 2019. By not following the building codes and having the work properly inspected, our home and family's safety was compromised. In addition to the unpermitted work, the hot water heater error codes 11 and 13 appeared within 24 hours of install. The install of the natural gas tankless hot water heater was left incomplete causing the unit to error code and shut down. The existing 15-year-old vent pipe was used instead of the factory concentric stainless steel vent pipe. After studying the manuals further, my husband and I noticed the following was missing from the install: condensate drain, 2 firestop walls, air intake vent and vertical vent termination with rain cap. We required proof of permits before moving forward with the necessary repairs. Due to incomplete install, we were nervous our family could be exposed to carbon monoxide leaking and fire hazards. We preferred to keep the water heater and gas supply lines off until properly installed. The permits were issued on October 30, 2019. The original installer never showed back up. When the company finally sent someone to complete the install, he did not have the full materials list, so we were forced to wait an additional two days. On November 9, 2019, the company considered the install complete. Our family of three, includes our 4-year old, went over a month without a reliable source for hot water. The city came out to inspect the work on November 21, 2019 and failed the water softener and hot water heater. The water heater requires a """"gas pressure test"""" showing a pass by a plumber, a pipe needs anchoring to the wall and the appliance needs to be ground from outside gas meter to inside electric panel. The water softener needs an electrician to install a ground jumper to the adjacent copper pipe. After calling multiple times to verify date and time of those repairs with office schedulers, we were notified at the last minute that the company is unable to keep the scheduled time on Tuesday, November 26, and is unable to connect with the plumber until after Thanksgiving, leaving the issue open-ended. We passed on visiting an elderly family member in rehab on that day, who was unable to attend Thanksgiving with us, in order to accommodate this. The company is not making any efforts to make our home and family feel safe. We accommodated the plumber who performed the gas pressure test on December 31, 2019 (which was inconvenient timing for my family, but we felt it necessary). The test failed with plumber stating the appliance is receiving way too much gas. He shared this could void our warranties and cause the system to break down prematurely. The permits remain open with the city. No one has followed up with us, even after mailing a formal letter of construction defect notice to the operations manager and owner of record. **PLEASE READ MY NEXT REVIEW (2 OF 2) REGARDING CUSTOMER SERVICE**

I had a new A.C. unit install in September by this company. It is now November and I have had to call them for service for 5 times. Just got off the phone with them again in fact. Issues have not been resolved even though it is a brand new unit. The call center is rude. Scheduling is terrible and their after hours emergency service does not exist, they make you wait until mid next day. That is why I just got off the phone with them for. The A.C. they installed is great.....when it works.

FEWA is a great company. They have provided our family with multiple water and air conditioning services over the last 20 years. I have recommended them to many other customers over the years. They are not the cheapest but in my opinion they are the best value for quality products and service.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone. They use subcontractors to install an ac system and water heater over a year ago, pricing was average value. First they delivered and installed the wrong water heater. With the a/c system they've been doing the services for over a year now. They just completed an a/c service the other day and now our heat doesn't work afterward. They claim to offer emergency support to customers but will schedule a day or two out. That is not emergency service when it's cold with kids in the house especially when this seems to be an issue they caused. The hvac scheduler is rude, had 10 excuses for everything ready to go, will talk over and laugh at you. I will absolutely be using another service for any future maintenance. The only positive I can say about the entire company is the service technician we've had was at least nice.

I used this company approximately 10 years ago to install a hot water tank, an attic fan and solar panels on the roof. Approximately six months ago I had to have the roof replaced and in order to do that they had to remove the solar panels on my roof, which Florida energy water and air came out and took them down. I asked them to place the solar panels in my garage, but when I went outside, they had taken the solar panels with them and they have left. I've been trying to get them to return the solar panels for the past six months I have called repeatedly I've called to the point where one gentleman actually said """"don't call us. We'll call you!,"""" I was outraged! I called day after day week after week trying to find out where my solar panels are, and see if I can finally get them back on my house, but with no luck. today's six calls were met with busy signal's and transfers from one mailbox to another mailbox and no one ever answering. I've left messages and I never get a call back. I've asked to speak to the owner, I asked to speak to management, but I just get hung up on. I'm absolutely at my wits end with these people. I cannot warn you heavily enough, stay away from this company! I have not been able to get them to perform maintenance on the hot water tank or the attic fan in 10 years of trying and now they've taken my solar panels from my roof and will not give them back. I'm not sure, but I think this might be a legal situation at this point because they have stolen my solar panels..

On a recent trip to Home Depot I was asked to participate in a short survey. The survey was painless and went on my way. A few days later I received a call I think it was Home Depot to set up an appointment to have my water tested. I agreed since I just moved to Florida from New York. The water here in Florida is nasty so we drink only bottled Kirkland water. Anyway the technician arrives at my home begins to set up his apparatus to begin testing my water. Surprise, surprise my water is bad and loaded with cancer causing debris floating around. The water he ran through his system is free of any harmful substances and really did test rather good. The suspense was nerve racking since we knew that this guys was not here just to give a presentation and go on his merry way. As suspected in order to get our water as clean as his we would have to install a water purification system which by the way they could install same day or latest the next day. Sounded real good until he hit is with the +$7000 price tag. Needless to say without researching the company there is no way we were going to have installed no matter how low he made the monthly payments. Wish there were some testimonials we could read about so we could make the correct decision but my gut tells me to steer clear and find an alternative solution to the water issue here in Florida. I will say Home Depot was not up front and was deceptive when luring me into taking the survey.
