This company has an extreme lack of communication; it took 3 days to repair a faucet. Repair personnel came out on a Monday, stated they didn't have the parts and they'd be back either that day or the next. Wednesday rolls around so I reach out to see what the hold up is. Apparently they had forgot about me, and was now trying to reschedule me for a future date. I kept trying to explain that I've already taken 3 days off work to be home when the fix was promised to be done within two days, an employee over the phone stated, """"come get this phone before I cuss this b!t*h out"""". Do not recommend at all!!!!!
