Giovanni was EXCELLENT and VERY determined to get my STUBBORNLY-clogged kitchen sink flowing again this evening. He was patient, and dogged in his determination, and he was resourceful to problem solve it from underneath the house (working backward up the line). He was wise to replace my trap and charged me appropriately for the parts he ran out to get at the hardware store. And for 2.5hrs of hard work (tolerating spiders & cobwebs in the crawl space), he FINALLY got that stubborn block blown out.

AND he gave me great advice for monthly maintenance as well as blowing out all my lines in springtime (I SAW the gunk that came out, and it needs to be done for good maintenance). I'll DEFINITELY hire Giovanni to do the blow-out, and I think I'd even trust him to do his work here if I wasn't home.
