When you call with a problem, they answer the phone, and come out the same day usually. They are knowledgeable, take care of problems, are neat and professional. I call them whenever I have a plumbing need. They installed our dishwasher and a couple instant hot water heaters under the sink.

Avoid this business like the plague!! They sent two inexperienced plumbers who spent three hours trying to snake one clogged pipe and kept upping the charge for using a different snake. After all that, they did not fix the problem and told me they would come back the next day to try something else the next day with additional charges for the job.

I asked if they would guarantee to fix the problem with yet another visit and additional charges and their response was that there was no guarantee and this was just another step to try. So basically I was paying for their trial and error and their on the job training!! This was a money pit with no end in sight and I was not getting into a situation where I was not guaranteed of the results while the meter was running.

I decided to call another plumber who told me that if he fixed the problem he would charge me the applicable fee and there would be no charge if he could not fix the problem. That plumber fixed the problem in 30 minutes because he had the right equipment and the expertise to get the job done.

I called Tony Flores and explained the situation to him and that I was not happy with the inexperience and or lack of the right equipment to complete the job. I should not have to pay for a job that was left undone and with no guarantee that it would actually be fixed. In fact, they left a bigger leak in the drain than before they started. He threatened legal action and to put a lien on my property if I did not pay for the inexperienced plumbers he sent me.

Be wary when dealing with this shady business. I only used this business because of a recommendation from someone but in hindsight sight, I should have used a business that actually guarantees their work and sends experienced plumbers to do the job.
