We called Flores Plumbing last Friday for a licking kitchen faucet. Manny came in a timely manner around 11:00 a.m. or so. He was polite and seemed very nice. My husband who is knowledgeable, but not an expert, thought it was the hot water hose that was leaking. Manny said it was the caulking around the sink. He re-caulked the sink told us not to use it for 2 hours and left. At 2:30 p.m. we tried to wash dishes and the faucet was licking again. I called Manny and told him we still had a problem. He said he would call back to let us know when he could come back. He cashed the check but never called or showed up to fix the sink. I would never recommend him to anyone.

The person that drives truck (735874) CUT ME OFF ON THE FREEWAY EXIT, slammed on his brakes once he was in front of me and I have no one to report this to so I'll leave it on Yelp. To be family owned company your drivers shouldn't be driving people off the road, also will contact LAPD I do have licensee plate number.

I truly value a stellar company that delivers prompt, honest, professional service when you most need it which usually happens at the worst possible time. Flores Plumbing Company is such an excellent company; they came through for me a day before my last day at an apartment unit I was vacating. The movers screwed up in moving my fridge and in the process of pulling it out caused the water copper pipe supply line to get mangled and leak. Needless to say, Flores Plumbing who understood my predicament prioritized my job order request, a plugged the leak & fixed the supply valves. I submitted a request in Friday night, received a response quickly and his team came by on Saturday AM. In 6 steps he ruled out sources and identified and solved the problem. All in less than 90 min.
