Marcus M.I communication throughout the process was very vague. The bid was written up for the purpose of insurance. It was suppose to have wiggle room for in case the insurance didn't cover the cost. Turns out there wasn't wiggle room and i was billed at the top end of the bid. I had a wall and baseboards removed but they left the insulation. They also cut into a metal support beam. They offered me $200 of my bill in exchange for a positive review. Needless to say, I didn't take the bait.
