My parents house had mold out through the house this company came out my parents are elderly my father is a vet and my mom is going blind .
My mom didn't know about angies list or anyone else to go to let a lone get on the internet they came in through my parents things on top of other things broke glass, tore off the counter top in the kitchen , the mold only was 3 ft from the sub flooring to the walls she had pictures hanging on the wall half of them were still hanging on the wal the rest were broke on the floor this is just a clue of how they handled things..So they broke there entertainment center the glass as well as numerous other things no one is over the age of 25 yrs old if that gives you a clue ..So I'm not sure who or whom things are missing from my dad's garage like numerous I'm not saying it was them but hummm.. However did I mention that they started back in September 1st my parents have been living in a hotel room since my dad is a diabetic and has to have a certain diet .Can I just say it's going to take at least a year to get there house back to it's formal glory it's so unethical what these people have done .Oh did i mention that they still have no running water my dad had to put the stove together himself I will post pic before & after you tell me if you want these people to come do your work ... So Unprofessional do your self a favor DO NOT use there services ....

Pretty sketchy. Manager technician could't tell me how much anything cost and used fear of mold to try and up sell on services that didn't make sense. I got the impression they would have torn down my entire house to fix a very small water leak if I let them.

I would never recommend this company to anybody and I would never use them again. A pressure regulator went out in my basement and caused it to flood. The plumber that fixed the issue recommended Flood Pros and called them for me.

Flood Pros gave me a bid of $1,800.00 for:

- Cleaning up the water damage.
- Ripping up the carpets.
- Drying the carpet pads.
- Pulling off the soaked baseboards.
- Drying the walls.
- Ripping out the drain pan under my washer and dryer and drying underneath.
- Fixing the carpet.
- Replacing the baseboards.
- Replacing the drain pan under my washer and dryer.

They came out, cut my carpet and tore it up, ripped the drain pan under my washer and dryer out, pulled off the baseboards, and took my doors off the hinges. Then they ran fans for two days . . . and I never heard from them again, until they started billing me a month or two later; first for $1,200.00 and then for just under a $1,000.00. I told them I wasn't going to pay because they never finished the work. They said, ""That's all we do. We don't fix anything. I know they planned to come back and do the work because they left their tools here for three months. No amount of showing them my printed estimate sheet would convince them though. Basically, they charged me a thousand dollars to pull up carpets, take my doors off their hinges (why is anybody's guess, since they weren't touching the flooded area), pop off about six feet of baseboard (which anybody can do in a few minutes), and then run a couple of fans that anybody can buy for about $200.00 at Home Depot.

I only hired them because they promised to fix the flood damage. Had I known up front that they only planned to tear up my house and leave, and charge me $1,000.00 for some minor work and so I could store their tools for them for three months, I never would have hired them in the first place.

Flood Pros are great at what they do. From the owner down, the experience you receive from their guys is only positive. I highly recommend this company for any disaster in your home or company.

Thanks Flood Pros!

This is a horrible company! I had a pipe break in my basement and Esco recommended Flood Pros to me. They charged $120 for a service call to tell me that my wall needed dried out. Duh! Then they gouge people for their fan rental. They told me they would come the next day to get the fans and they did not show up until 2 days later and then charged me for the extra days, even after their technician told them not too. They were rude and unresponsive on the phone. This is a terrible company - use a different one!

If you are ever in a flood situation do NOT call this company. We had a similar experience as the other review by Mariah. This company was brought to my home with Friendly Plumber and I regret ever making the call to them.
