I had purchased my water processing system after a review of what the market had to offer. I looked at least 10 different systems. After I purchased a system, I wanted to ensure it was installed correctly while trying to avoid ongoing visits for maintenance support. I vetted several plumbers/installers both online and recommendations from neighbors. I set up an appointment with Donny Chapman from Flood Prevention Specialist. He arrived on time for the site prep and I showed him what I had and installed. He asked a few questions, told me what and took me through the entire installing and testing process. Indicated how much time was needed to install made some recommendations and give me a quote after the site review. He asked my wife what would be the best day so as not to interfere with dish washing day, laundry day; this impressed me. He was the only service person to ask that, we scheduled a day and time and he arrived on time. During the installation there were a couple of hiccups which were resolved. I also had a Reverse Osmosis system installed along with the filtration system. Along the way he had to make a couple of repairs due to previous installation issues with other equipment; and still held to his original quote. After the installation, he left some instructions for flushing the system and returned the next day to follow up. This is the go-to guy for all your plumbing needs.

Donny was great, they installed a Leak Defense system on my home that has worked great with no problems. We had them back to put in a whole home water filter that they hooked up to my water main and most recently they added a utility sink in my garage. They have been very professional and responsive.
