Lifesavers! I would highly recommend. Our sewage line got blocked and was overflowing from the toilets and drains downstairs. It was 9pm on a Thursday and we called flood brothers. Junior was here within the hour and got it fixed! I cannot say how grateful I am for their prompt service.

Wow! They were fast and responsive to my problem which was a busted shower/tub valve that was spurting out water into tub nonstop. We had been living with the water turned off to the house. My husband just passed suddenly in March so it was just me & the kids and I am a little handy (plus I want to save money if I can) so I figured what everyone would figure--busted faucet cartridge. But when I opened it up there was no cartridge? So I gave up & called Flood Bros and they started signing me up for service on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON! But even tho they offered to show up right away I had them come the following day and they knew right away what I was suspecting...that the broken valve had no cartridge cos it WAS FROM 1979!

So they had to replumb the entire thing inside the wall but did it thankfully from outside the home so my tile was not destroyed! And the guys were all finished with this seemingly big job within about two hours! The final bill was very expensive for me $2500 but idk if that is the going rate for this kind of work. So that was my only complaint but they included a modern shiny new stainless steel tub and shower faucet set so with that and how fast they came to our rescue and how fast they finished up and how very sweet they were, I am guessing that was just how much a job like that would cost.

We had a leak that was very difficult to find so I called Flood Brothers. Tracy came out and was able to find the source when no one else could. I highly recommend Flood Brothers. They fair and extremely efficient! Tracy was really great and we much appreciate everything.

We thought our main water line was broken but they came out to access and were extremely professional and thorough. They took a look, tested water pressure, tested our sprinklers, looked around a bit and then advised we contact a structural engineer as we have a water table running through our property. We are unfamiliar with plumbing and would have believed anything they told us or could have charged. After they left we received an invoice for $0 !! they charged us nothing for the assessment!! So impressed and now we are properly informed!
Will absolutely be using this company again!! Thank you so much!!

We had a late night emergency as these guys came through and fix the first of a bunch of tough problems. I could not ask for better customer service than we got with Junior. These guys are a real class act. I could not recommend them more

A few days ago I got an smart-home alert about a water leak under my kitchen sink. I called Flood Brothers and they were able to send Junior out for a free estimate today. He was extremely courteous and professional, and demonstrated to me that he knows a lot about what needs to be done. (We have a couple other items, such as an issue with a gas fireplace, that also need to be taken care of-- and that Junior can handle .) A little disappointed that they'd have to cut out a piece of my wall to make a fix to my fireplace, but Junior gave me a good explanation of why that's needed. I highly recommend Flood Brothers -- and Junior in particular -- to anyone looking for a plumber (or fireplace expert )!

I highly recommended Flood brothers! Elyas was not only extremely professional by calling in advanced and arriving on time but also went above and beyond to get my kitchen faucet set installed, which required cutting off the old ones to make it fit the news ones. Hard and detail repair indeed and he did with good humor and without complaining! - Very polite and well mannered. Fair price considering the amount of work.

Christmas Eve main line clog. No drainage from any toilet/tub/sink. On top of that we're on septic. Called flood brothers and Brandon H. Came right out within a hour and fixed the problem. Very nice and efficient. Explained the whole process along the way. Only charged me the fee associated with coming out. I highly recommend flood brothers and if you can specifically ask for Brandon H. He's a good man and soon to be father!! Flood brothers is my only call for plumbing from now on.
