I highly recommended Flood brothers! Elyas was not only extremely professional by calling in advanced and arriving on time but also went above and beyond to get my kitchen faucet set installed, which required cutting off the old ones to make it fit the news ones. Hard and detail repair indeed and he did with good humor and without complaining! - Very polite and well mannered. Fair price considering the amount of work.

Christmas Eve main line clog. No drainage from any toilet/tub/sink. On top of that we're on septic. Called flood brothers and Brandon H. Came right out within a hour and fixed the problem. Very nice and efficient. Explained the whole process along the way. Only charged me the fee associated with coming out. I highly recommend flood brothers and if you can specifically ask for Brandon H. He's a good man and soon to be father!! Flood brothers is my only call for plumbing from now on.

From my experience the only way these guys have such good ratings is because they seem very nice. They were very quick to respond and sent a guy out who wanted me to do all of the work to find my leak. I did that, then he came back the next day with his ""supervisor"" and they proceeded to put on a show to make it seem like I had this massive plumbing problem because my house was plumbed with inferior ""type M"" copper pipes, which I guarantee your house is also plumbed with. They went out to the truck to ""write up some options"" for me. They came back and handed me a legal pad with 3 options. What I wanted was for a plumber to remove the leaking section of copper pipe and solder in a new piece. That was the least recommended option 3. That was also $1500. Of course I immediately told them I didn't think they were that type of company to prey on people they felt had no knowledge and showed them the door. I had another actual local plumber come within an hour and do the job for $300.

I had a minor kitchen sink emergency this morning and searched yelp. I found Flood Brothers and decided to give them a call. I got in touch with their office who said they would send out a tech between 12 and 2 and right on time, Brandon and Anthony showed up. These guys were super professional and CLEAN! They had their own booties and masks on the whole time. They quickly assessed the issue and helped me out promptly. I told them I would definitely use their services again, if needed. Love Flood Brothers! Giovanni has always helped my roommates and I. As young female college students, we were scared to go to a random company to only get scammed or over quoted when our bathroom flooded.
