Reached out to 5 or more plumbers and Flood Brothers was there only one to both reply and send someone out the same day. I had a complex drain situation that they cleared up quickly. I'm not sure if they are the cheapest plumber but level of service provided was top notch.

We had a 911 emergency. Sewer main backed up and had poop come out of all 3 bathtubs. This was Sunday night. Tommy was on call for Flood Brothers. He was working on another job in Los Angeles. Came all the way out to Thousand Oaks. Got here around 11pm. Took care of everything. So thankful for Tommy to come out to our emergency on Sunday when every other plumbing company said they were closed for the night. Highly recommend Tommy and Flood Brothers.

We are very pleased with the work that Flood Brothers Plumbing did for us when we needed our sewer line repaired. Tommy was the plumber who came to our house to check out the job and give an estimate. He was pleasant to work with form the very start and was very informative about the process and also very reasonable. He was able to get us scheduled right away, which was wonderful for us. His crew came out and did a great job (he he city inspector agreed). My husband is not easy to please, but he was very pleased with their work when they left. We will definitely feel confident calling Tommy & Flood Brothers again for future plumbing needs. Even though it's stressful having to have such major work done on one's property they made it very smooth and painless.

Flood Brothers Plumbing called right back and came to the house that day. I'm from out of town and staying at a friends. The plumbing was acting weird and I was basically afraid to run the dishwasher, sink, clothes washer or anything water related. They sent David Chiavarria who explained the problems ( roots+ clay pipes + water source) in a way that was sensible with multiple solutions. He used a camera on a hose-sized reel as he explained all the why's and how's. It was interesting and he was reassuring. I chose a band-aid solution (not my house), recommended them to my friend and will call them for my future issues. Thank you! Timely, reasonable $, and kind!

We just moved to Thousand Oaks and when our sink stopped up this morning, went to Yelp, found flood Bros and and kept our fingers crossed.

And as I left the house this morning, I said something to my wife about ""don't let them tell you that it's tree roots, don't let them tell you that they need to use a camera or replace any pipes, blah, blah, blah"".

Well, it was the exact opposite... Brendan and Brandon showed up, did a quick snake and said ""no charge... welcome to the neighborhood"".

What The Actual...? Who does that?

Can you imagine the world where people do nice things and charge fair prices for good work (when they charge you at all)? Where you don't have to wonder what the catch is or how you're being scammed? Welcome to Mayberry.

So then they send us an email with an invoice for $0 and accompanying the invoice is a photo of the sink working and a short video of how they snaked the drain. Pretty impressed.

I used the company a few months back on my kitchen sink and called to get some follow up info. I was transferred to Junior who not only took my call while on another job, but FACETIME with me to help me navigate my problem!!!!! Truly above and beyond. Then, after guiding me through the process even offered to come by and verify my work AFTERHOURS!!!! On a SUNDAY!!!! I can not express how professional, selfless and helpful Junior was during this process.

I'm extremely grateful for his expertise and patience and will 100% use Flood Brothers again but explicitly ask for Junior.

Lifesavers! I would highly recommend. Our sewage line got blocked and was overflowing from the toilets and drains downstairs. It was 9pm on a Thursday and we called flood brothers. Junior was here within the hour and got it fixed! I cannot say how grateful I am for their prompt service.

Wow! They were fast and responsive to my problem which was a busted shower/tub valve that was spurting out water into tub nonstop. We had been living with the water turned off to the house. My husband just passed suddenly in March so it was just me & the kids and I am a little handy (plus I want to save money if I can) so I figured what everyone would figure--busted faucet cartridge. But when I opened it up there was no cartridge? So I gave up & called Flood Bros and they started signing me up for service on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON! But even tho they offered to show up right away I had them come the following day and they knew right away what I was suspecting...that the broken valve had no cartridge cos it WAS FROM 1979!

So they had to replumb the entire thing inside the wall but did it thankfully from outside the home so my tile was not destroyed! And the guys were all finished with this seemingly big job within about two hours! The final bill was very expensive for me $2500 but idk if that is the going rate for this kind of work. So that was my only complaint but they included a modern shiny new stainless steel tub and shower faucet set so with that and how fast they came to our rescue and how fast they finished up and how very sweet they were, I am guessing that was just how much a job like that would cost.
