I absolutely love these guys! I was having water pressure problems and they showed up and fixed it in no time. I also recently had my backyard/pool redone with some other contractor who was a pain in the ass to deal with. After spending lot's of money and having major problems, they left me with a major water leak coming up from my brand new pavers. I called up The Flood Brothers and Mike and Giulio showed up quickly. They found the problem, the previous contractor didn't use any glue on an elbow that he used to repair one of the pipes he damaged. They took care of it right away. I never have to worry when I call them because I know they're going to get the job done right the first time.They're always a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them!

Absolutely great guys! Had my water heater checked out and they solved a lot of problems we had no idea we we're having. Turned out the leak wasn't from the water heater but now I get hot water much faster and no more banging sound!

I would absolutely be remiss if I did not comment regarding the work that has taken place since I reviewed 7/24. The entire team from start to finish have been exceptional. I never use that word loosely however if I could rate higher than a 5, I would. From Tripp Thompson who was the first person on the job to Cordell Shear to Tony and Leo who took down the walls, ceilings, etc. and are doing the rebuild of the walls and ceilings, they all have been terrific. Every call or text has been answered promptly and they came to the house when necessary, answering calls late into the evening as well as early am. Their attitude is always professional, helpful and informational. My husband and I never once felt like they were rushing or that we did not have their 100%
attention to our project. Every single person who worked with us makes us feel like we are partners getting the job done to our satisfaction. They came out so strong and have ended just as strong, Thank you.

Jerry came out to repair a leaking hose bib. He fixed it in about 30 seconds and didn't even charge me. Nice guy. Great service! I would definitely call again.

i dont really give reviews...but i felt i had to regarding these guys. boom! Mike and Giulio came out for a backed up shower. literally, these guys were sweating in my shower working their asses off to save me a few bucks. they wanted to try the path of least resistance first and didnt want to remove my toilet and have me encure more costs. Mike turned to me and said, ""i gotta give it one more try just because"" and it worked! Hard to find honesty when it comes to home repair. these guys are now my go to guys. highly recommend.

I've called Gio for all my plumbing headaches for the last couple years, and he and his team are always quick to come out, figure out the problem, suggest the most cost-effective and reliable/lasting solutions. They get the work done quickly and efficiently, with minimal impact to my schedule and wallet.

I had a clogged sink in my kitchen (tried everything - the crystals, draino, plunging), etc., nothing would budge. I called several places in the area. Some, claimed to have $49.99 or $99 specials but somehow this wouldn't apply to my clogged drain. So their minimum charge was $125...pppffttt.

When I called Flood Brothers, first, the receptionist was very nice, but secondly, she connected me with a technician right away (Mike). He listened to my needs and gave me several options. He also worked with my budget.

They (Mike and Gulio), were over exactly when I expected them and did a very fast, efficient, job. I definitely recommend them and will also be using them in the future for all of my plumbing issues/ needs (but, hopefully I won't need too many) LOL :)

Had broken main sprinkler pipe. Call Flood Brothers. They response quickly and Jerry did good job.

I thought I needed a main line clean out, but when Mike came by and tried snaking the drain he advised that my old orangeburg piping was failing and preventing the snake from going through. That means I needed a new pipe from my cleanout drain to the sewage pipes. Mike was transparent from the beginning and advised me of my options up front. He did not try to upsell or pressure. We agreed on a price for the repair and the job was done in 1 day. I appreciate the efficiency and attention to detail that mike and his crew exhibited and won't hesitate to call them again in the future. Thanks Flood Bothers!
