I called the office for some minor leaks in the house. Day of service: everything handled with superb quality and efficiency. Efrain came on time and worked quickly. Each entry into our house he put on shoe booties. He replaced a defective angle stop valve, after which he changed a leaky kitchen faucet connection & bath sink piece. Really impressed with how fast they did everything!

Giovanni and his crew responded same day to our water main leak ... the dreaded PVC type (150 feet long) connecting to the city meter under a concrete driveway. Now we have a new copper line (with 12 year warranty) routed NEXT to the driveway instead of under it. One of the crew did a masterful job replacing the section of concrete driveway that had to be removed in the course of the repair/installation.

And just to prove that they do small jobs too, Giovanni personally replaced our wonky kitchen garbage disposal while the big job was underway.

It is so reassuring to know an honest and capable local plumber.

Efrain and Jordy came in a last minute call after I was left from another Plumbing company with out any answers since last Friday, this other plumbing company had told me that they couldn't unclogged our drains and that we had to spend $500.00 for a hydro jet washed, I had accepted because we where desperate, but they never came back, Thanks God!
Efrain and Jordy in 5 minutes put run the snake through my pipes and told me that the drains where perfect and there was no need of doing anything else. They didn't even charged me because the said they didn't do nothing, so what I did since my business is a gelato shop, I gave them them one each for free. I really recommend their services.

Flood Brothers did not do any work for me, however, they did take the time to come out and look at the potential work and to give me a quote on new plumbing to be done. Their manner was professional, however, they explained after they came out that they are primarily a service company and do not do new plumbing, and because of this, they did explain that their quote would probably be well over what other providers would be, and their quote was. I do think from my interaction with Brendan (who came out) and Daniel (in the office), it is clear they are professionals and judging from the other reviews would do a good job in the area of service they provide.

My experience with Flood Brothers was very pleasant one. Flood Brothers were professional, on time, clean and their pricing was very reasonable. We had a clogged bathroom sink that Efrain and his associate were able to remedy in a quick manner.

Before starting the work. Efrain covered the work area to protect from a spillage or debris. After unclogging the drain, he cleaned up the work area and leaving the area just has he found it. Efrain explained what may have clogged drain (sink) and suggested what steps can be taken to prevent the sink from backing up in the future.

As stated earlier, my experience with Flood Brothers was a pleasant one and will use their services again.

Called them today for a flooded toilet and in a half hour Gulio showed up at my door. Put on his plastic shoes outside and fixed the problem in less than 2 min...thank you so much Gulio!!!!

Update: after Flood Brothers did sewer line work for us, earning a 5-star review from me, I hired them again for a bunch of things: replacing an exterior drainpipe that had corroded, relocating many pipes under the house to make way for a foundation retrofit, and replacing our water heater with a new tankless model.

Mike and his crew, just as before, were professional, did efficient and clean work, and stood by what they did. When the water temperature wasn't hot enough, Mike came back right away to make adjustments. When I had questions about the placement of relocated pipes, Mike coordinated with the foundation contractor to make sure things were done exactly as needed.

For any plumbing need, I give Flood Brothers my highest recommendation and many thanks for their great work!

Another 5 stars for Efrain and for Flood Bros. This is the second time working with Efrain and he is courteous, kind, efficient, knowledgable, and professional. He fixed my sink in less than an hour. He is the best!
