So far so good I haven't done any work with them but they're very responsive extremely reliable we reliable very professional and Extremely helpful.

Rarely do we feel the combination of urgency and vulnerability as when we have plumbing problems. Given that, it's nice to find a plumbing company that's polite, professional, speedy, and strangely high-tech. (I now have a first-person-perspective video of my sewer pipe that would impress Sam Raimi.) I had a great experience, and while I hope you never need The Flood Brothers, I can recommend them for those times when you do.

Highest accolades to Flood Brothers Plumbing Inc for great work on a collapsed sewer line with no camera visibility due to advanced damage. Without a clear view, Supervisor Brendan had alternatives in mind for the various possible circumstances that might arise, as the crew continued to dig, test the line, and install clean-outs for a better view. Work went at a good pace, which of course couldn't have happened without the experienced, extremely hard working crew. Flood Brothers captain and crew -- the best!

We were so blessed to reach Jeff at the time our Hot Water Heater went out. He responded in a timely matter and addressed our situation and had us a new hot water heater up and running as well as hauled out the old one the same day we called. Flood Brothers Plumbing is the one of the best companies I have worked with. Jeff and Maurizo were responsive, professional, knowledgable and efficient. I highly recommend them for any plumbing job. I had an emergency where a pipe burst. They came immediately to fix the problem and then followed up with a thorough inspection of my home. I could not be more satisfied with the job they did and will absolutely call them again for any situation big or small.

Just had a new dishwasher installed by Tommy of Flood Brothers. We had a leak from our old one and could isolate it. Tommy found it quickly. Diagnosed the issue and was completely transparent about where to go to purchase a new unit and what to get (specific size ). Later that same evening the leak continued and was causing some water to build up. We called flood Brothers 24 hour reception and not only did they help, they actually connected us to Tommy who made him self available via FaceTime and we showed him what was going on. He directed me to turn specific valves off and the temporary solution was found. Next day new machine was delivered and Tommy came and installed. Upon unboxing the unit he realized the dishwasher was missing two parts (apparently sold separately but not made known to me by the store. ). During his installation he went to the store and got the two parts we needed. Without it costing a penny. He then returned finished the installation and the new machine is working like a charm. Can't say enough good things about the service and professionalism. Highly rated!

Philip from Flood Bros is my hero!! I have used this company 3 times and they are the BEST!! I had an appt with Philip today scheduled to fix and service my leaking tankless water heater. Just before he arrived i discovered a clog in the drain in my bathroom downstairs. Philip showed up and fixed both problems!! I am so happy. This company is by far the best plumbing company i have ever used. Fair price, honest assessment, superior work. I would and will recommend them.
