Mike and Julio came out at the appointed time. They seemed friendly, straightforward and honest. They presented some options and costs, did the work quickly and effortlessly and were gone in about half an hour. I was really surprised by how fair the pricing seemed to be. Wow, who knew...an honest plumber!

Flood Brothers are not only the best plumbers I've ever had in LA, but the best I've ever had anywhere.

Their care, thoroughness, knowledge, and expertise all harken back to an earlier time, when honesty was the norm and service meant everything. Every employee embodies this philosophy, but none more than Jerry as Project Manager and Tripp as Lead Plumber. Both would be a credit to any business anywhere; and Giovanni, the head of this wonderful company, should be proud of both of them.

Large job or small, if you want your plumbing reasonably priced and done right, call Flood Brothers!

We had a drain blockage, and through a referral from a contractor friend, we contacted Flood Brothers. Right off from the beginning with speaking to the receptionist Amy, to talking to Giovanni, I knew they were professional and prompt. Mike and Willie showed up within the hour and spent about 5-6 hours making things right for us. The pricing was up front, and very fair. The quality of their work though was amazing. We've had plumbing services come out before, but Mike and Willie were professional and worked hard to fix our drainage issues. Jerry came out to perform a hydrojet service for us and our plumbing is working perfectly. And to top it off, they cleaned up after themselves and the area looked like you couldn't even tell that they dug up a 4 foot ditch. Excellent work ethic and professionalism all around, I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Their stellar reviews speak for themselves. Thank you Mike, Willie, Jerry, and the rest of the Flood Bros. staff I engaged with. You guys are now my go-to for any future plumbing issues.

Just had them fix a backed up kitchen sink. These guys are so nice and efficient. I called other places (4.5-5 stars on yelp) but they were rude or over priced, and these guys gave me a great impression from the get go. When they got here, they didn't disappoint.. Extremely courteous and got the problem resolved quick. I'll be a return customer for sure.

We called Flood Bros. based on their great reviews online for a sewer line inspection and we were not disappointed. Jerry was very responsive. His guys came out to the house within a day or two, performed a sewer line inspection using the ""snake with camera"", found two significant cracks (separations) in our sewer line. We quickly set up an appointment to have the cement driveway saw-cut, a large 6' x 3' hole dug, a section of the sewer line removed / replaced, the rest of the sewer line was then coated with a plastic sealant to protect against further cracks and deterioration. Jerry's technicians (Shane & Willie) were both great!! They did yeoman's work on a hot summer day. Everything was completed in a single day. I was very impressed with how seamlessly their entire team at Flood Bros worked together. There were several different teams, each with a very specific purpose and design (i.e, cut and dig; remove sewer line & replace; then coat inside of line with plastic; finally fill in the hole and cover with cement). Great job all around. Thanks Flood Bros!!

I came home to my kitchen sink overflowing with water. Panicked - I searched and this was the highest rated plumbing service on Yelp so I called and they came within an hour.

Jerry was so thorough and courteous! He explained what was going on and took his time to fix it. He even rearranged everything that he removed from under the sink - that was extremely kind of him.

Hopefully this never happens again but if so I have peace of mind since I know who to call!

This is my second experience with Giovanni and Flood Brothers. We have a rental and a pipe broke in the front yard on Memorial Day Weekend. The plumbers that showed up were exemplary and so professional. They came out and took care of a major problem on a holiday weekend. There prices are very fair and I cannot recommend them highly enough!! As far as I am concerned, there is nobody else we would ever call.
