We called for a same day appointment on a Sunday, and Giulio was there by the early evening. He was very nice, professional, and kept everything clean. The price was fair, and I would absolutely use them again.

Junior was awesome! He made a very thorough assessment of my problem, and offered me several options as to how make the repair.

Very experienced, professional, and just all around nice. Honest and reasonably priced, they do what they say they're going to do, and more if they can. They also stood behind their work with a generous warranty. You can't ask any more than that!

I'm firing my old plumber and definitely calling Junior with Flood Brothers again!

We've used Flood brothers a few times and they are always so accommodating and have great customer service. We had a kitchen sink drainage problem this time and Junior was very respectful, communicative and made every effort to solve the problem. It took a few days but our sink is fixed!

Incredible service. My toilet got backed up at 9PM and water started leaking through the sheet rock on the first floor. I found Flood Brothers and they answered the phone and sent Junior to my house within 30 minutes. He fixed the issue and also found other issues that needed to be addressed. He was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and reasonable with pricing. 5 star service.

Our kitchen sink had a clog and we called Flood Brothers again (third time in the past year) to help out. Late on a Friday night a tech came out to snake the line but unfortunately the problem wasn't resolved. Despite waiting the entire weekend for someone to come out again (with both sink tubs filled with dirty water), Junior came out on Monday evening. He was extremely thorough, courteous and clean. After a couple hours of some serious labor on his part - including emptying the drain water into garbage bags to throw out outside, then snaking the line really deep once again, the water did eventually drain and we're back to a functioning sink again.

We're thrilled that Junior was able to come through, and that Flood Brothers once again took care of our plumbing issues. I highly recommend Junior!

Great experience, Phillip is such a pro, he came out and fixed the issue in a few minutes and made sure there are no leaks, a water leak could look like a small or simple issue but it takes a pro to get it done properly, I highly recommend asking for Philip

Flood Brothers were able to do same day service.
Junior came out with his face mask and fixed the leak coming from the copper pipe of the hot water tank.
The power for the entire building went out and Junior was working by the light of his phone.
He gave me great advice on restoring power to the building.
Junior was kind and professional.
He promised to come out tomorrow and check the water meter to see if there's a leak somewhere.
Now that's an amazing service!

Called for an emergency irrigation pipe burst at 11PM and Jr showed up within the hour. He showed me how to turn off that line while maintaining water to the house and didn't charge me for the service call since it had been an overreaction and ignorance on my part. That said, these guys answered the call fast and didn't charge me unnecessarily. I'll definitely reach out to them for real emergencies in the future.

Had a clogged drain on the side of my house that was causing major flooding in the backyard. Called Flood Brothers and Anthony answered immediately. He was super attentive to the problem and treated the situation like it was a true emergency (even though it wasn't, thankfully).

Junior (technician) arrived at my house that evening, but because it was too dark, decided it was best to reschedule until the following day. As promised, he did just that and arrived promptly the following morning. The best part though, and what prompted this review, is that Junior said not to worry about payment due to the inconvenience (which, truly it wasn't).

Honestly, you just don't get service like that these days... Thank you, Junior! Highly recommend these guys!

We had a back up on our main line in the evening and I called Flood Brothers. Their dispatcher took our info and said a Plumbing Tech would call us back shortly. Junior, one of their plumbing technicians, called us back within minutes. He was very patient, courteous, and knowledgeable on the phone. He explained how we could relieve some of the pressure to allow for some of the water drain out until a plumbing tech could arrive to clear our line. His tip was fantastic, as I immediately took his advice and watched the water level in my bathroom begin to lower.
Needless to say, we've scheduled for Junior to come out and be our plumbing tech to clear out our line. He has great phone etiquette and we can't wait to meet him!
