I call for an estimate they're extremely reliable dependable knowledgeable and Presentable.

I have a lot of questions they were all answered answered this is for an executive's property that I am handling endlin and I wanted to give a review because they are very responsive and professional.

We haven't decided on what we will do as of yet but yet but they are in the running for the project.

Tommy Saunders is nothing short of fantastic, I met Tommy through a friend of his at a 7-11... it was well past midnight and I had a student housing apartment flood multiple units. I was beyond stressed calling a bunch of plumbers who were supposed to be on call 24/7 and couldn't get anyone out.

Tommy called and made himself available immediately as soon as we spoke. Not only did he walk the job by himself, provide an estimate VERY quickly and self coordinate repairs, he followed up with pictures, helped source and schedule an electrician AND provided oversight for this vendor to job completion. I cannot understate how much I appreciate a vendor capable of autonomy!

It usually takes doing 2-3 jobs with a vendor for me to form any level of comfortability, but Tommy has quickly earned himself and his company a permanent spot on my trusted vendor list. 20/10 DO RECOMMEND!!!!

Meticulous, thorough, kind, and trustworthy plus 20 other wonderful adjectives could be used when describing Flood Brothers' work and their plumbers. If you're on the fence about whom to hire for a plumbing issue, you will not be disappointed with their work; they are awesome. I recommend them to everyone I know and will continue to do so in the future.

We had two separate plumbing issues two weeks apart. Both times, Jeff and his team came right out, speedily and efficiently diagnosed the problem, and presented a solution on the spot. Jeff was so great communicating with us. He was extremely responsive, sent photos and videos, and was amazing dealing with our old house. True professionals with great service.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!! Rip offs . I caught Jeff the technician try to take advantage of me. He was only at my home for 20min and then comes to me to tell me I need a hydro Jett for $1,100 dollars because the line wont clear. Could have a possible break. He was only here for 20min. I been getting this line clear every year for 5 years. and when I come to try this company because it was referred to me from a friend. This company couldn't even clear my main line . Had to call back rooter guard ! This is outrageous.

Home warranty company denied handling a water heater malfunction, stating it just needed cleaning. Called flood brothers to go out of pocket for the cleaning. David arrived on time and professionally reviewed the water heater in detail. He opened up the panel and found the broken part and said it should be covered under warranty and the unit possibly replaced - it wasn't in need of cleaning. He took pictures and gave me a detailed description of the issue to relay to the home warranty company. The home warranty company has already agreed to reassess and address thanks to David. While he was here, I on the spot requested estimates for other work and he was right on it. Punctual, forthright and knowledgeable. Thanks!

Elias (maybe spelling his name wrong) just came out and fixed our issue within moments, and didn't charge us anything. Was super friendly and knew his stuff. We've used this company before for big major projects, and we were worried this was going to be another big expense, but it was a quick (and free) easy job. Thanks Elias.

Over Thanksgiving break our sewer line completely backed up due to a longstanding root issue. Flood Brothers was incredibly responsive and was able to successfully replace all the old clay pipe and install a new liner quickly and efficiently. Brendan L. was our contact and he was great about updating us at the beginning and end of every day and sharing photos of the work being done!

They gave me an estimate of $7k for installation of a tankless water heater. Other contractors estimated at $3k or $4K. Their presentation looked very glitzy and they claimed to have a better warranty .. still it was a waste of everyone's time. I got the job done for $3400 by National Plumbing and the energy efficient Nortiz has been running flawlessly without complications
