This company is AMAZING! I had a plumbing issue on THANKSGIVING DAY, and they came out and handled the problem. Chris and his crew were VERY professional, and thorough! I had a lot of work to be done, and their prices were fair. They gave me peace of mind, and I didn't feel taken advantage of. I can see by their other reviews, that they have quite the following. I will definitely be using them again! FIRST CLASS!

Out of nowhere we starting having issues with our toilet, then our drains starting back up, all this late on a Friday night. We started to panic...gave Flood Brothers a call just before midnight and got on the phone with Ken who talked me through some ways to try to alleviate the situation. Unfortunately, poop water kept coming out of our shower drains so we arranged for him to come over ASAP the next day. He was there at 8am sharp and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Not only was he was a super cool guy, he provided me with great information on how to avoid problems in the future. 6 stars, great experience with the Flood Brothers. The service was a great value and super convenient.

We had a gas leak in the pipes connecting the tankless water heaters. Flood Bros. came out within hours on a Saturday and fixed it. Ken was the technician and he was professional and friendly. Ken was one of the most pleasant servicepeople that we have used. I will certainly use Flood Bros. again for all our plumbing needs.

He came out checked the issue, gave me a quote and got right to work. His service was friendly and he fixed it quickly. I will use them again in the future for sure!

I had a late night plumbing emergency that resulted in a collapsed ceiling. Brandon came out and was extremely helpful & kind. He repaired the broken pipe and helped remove the fallen debris. It wasn't cheap but I'm very grateful for the emergency services.

Flood Brothers did a beautiful job. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and excellent work. Moved the gas meter from under the house in a tight crawlspace to the outside for better access.

I sure am glad I called Flood Brothers as my second opinion. First plumbers we had out here wanted to charge me $800 to replace my entire faucet, Flood Brothers sent out Phillip today and he fixed the issue in 5 minutes flat. I just moved to the area, but I already know who my first call for plumbing issues will be from now on. Flood Brothers are 10/10, thanks Phillip!

STAY AWAY FROM HIM! I called them Giovanni the owner came out with a helper. I had a small leak in the ceiling and told him my laundry machine was running and the leak started he was sure I had a clogged drain from the laundry machine. He said we needed to open the wall behind the laundry machine and check the water and valves. He said this would cost $900 to diagnose. Then he realized that wasn't the issue so he said we had to open the ceiling and that was going to cost $600 to diagnose. He then said it was the master toilet drain and a water pressure issue so replacing everything was going to cost over $4400!!!! He opened up my walls and made a complete mess then when I talked to him this morning about discounting the diagnosis price he said he doesn't have TIME for this YELLING AT ME and forget it we're not doing the job!! Totally unprofessional and a crook!!

We've been looking (again) for a solid, go-to plumber this year. We've had Flood Brothers out on multiple occasions and have been very pleased with their service. They are quick to respond and set up an appointment. They arrive on time. They take time to understand the issue and explain how they're going to fix it. And their fees are reasonable.

Our recent appointment was with Jerry Wise. He's the best! He took care of our issues - a leaky P-trap & tankless water heater maintenance - and he was on his way.

We have found our go-to plumber for all our plumbing needs.

Flood Brothers is the only plumbing company we will call for any and all plumbing needs. They are reliable, honest, and perform the highest quality of work. Jerry is the best of the best. He has personally replied to any of our general work requests, and always goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done properly, as though it were his own home. We have had some little and some big plumbing issues, and Jerry / Flood Brothers have corrected them all, on time, and with excellent communication every step of the way. Could not give a better recommendation!
