We called FloHawks to check our septic because it has been a few years since it had been pumped. There was nothing wrong with it and they said everything was great, but they did replaced the filter. We paid $400. One week later our septic alarm went off. It seems that the filter is clogged. When we called FloHawks, the best advice they have for us is to wrap our arms with a trash bag to reach the filter, which is super far down there. If we want them to come back out it will cost at least 250 because we are out of their area. They never mentioned us being out of their area before the first call. I wish we hadn't messed with this company at all.

Had scheduled Steve from Flohawks to pump my grease trap this morning. He no showed so I called his cell until 1pm with no response? I then called Corporate to see if he was alright and what was going on. Adam apologized and said he tried Steve twice but also could not contact him. He stated I would get a call soon and apologized for the inconvenience. Steve finally calls me back and said he could come out but it would be $400 more than they charged six months ago because of drive time? Woodinville to Arlington is 30 minutes? He also said if I didn't want to use him that was ok!
So you don't show up for your scheduled job then when you finally get back to the customer you double the rate as an apology? No thanks!!! Evergreen will be here tomorrow! See ya!
Oh yeah when I called corporate to complain she forwarded me to a supervisor? It was Steve the guy that messed the whole thing up to begin with? Lol

So not a great experience. I had four plumbing things I wanted / needed done. I understand that the septic inspection would take a different person, so down to thee projects. One was having an outdoor faucet extended about four feet - nope they don't do that. Yes, they are plumbers, but no they don't move taps. Down to two projects. Yes they can fix the leaking kitchen sink and hook up the ice maker. They will be here between 1-5. At 4 they call m, he is on is way. At 5.30 he shows up. Nope, can't do the ice maker hook up, didn't know that was what was required and he didn't bring anything to do it. But hey, I can reschedule and he'll come out again, for another $200 service fee. Down to one project: the leaking tap. He disappears for 20 minutes...after turning off the water and then works for 5 and then presents me a bill for $250 for time and parts. Wow. Nice guy and eager to come back and hook up the ice maker, but I think I can find a plumber this time.

I agree with others--the customer service on the phone is positively insulting. Actually thought I was lying when I said workmen had been to my house only days previous to that - and finally stopped when I found hard proof that they had been to my house. This type of attitude is in contrast to the actual people coming to the house, who are polite, patient, and pretty tolerant of previous people's mistakes. Unfortunately, even though their diagnostic skills are fine, there is always something left undone or incompletely done, or done incorrectly and I have to make a call in a few days, weeks, or months. My most recent call was 7 days ago, and I guess it's officially a ""no show"" despite my house being ""the next stop."" So rather than seeking warrantee repairs, I'm going to call another company now. Unbelievable.

Horrible customer service, I'm very disgusted with the way two different office ladies were talking to me on the phone 1 lady was very vulgar with me
DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOUD LIKE TO BE TREATED LIKE YOUR JUST PLAIN STUPID
I'm a smart guy but honestly don't know anything about the septic systems and they treated me like I was stupid for that

My wife and I just purchased a home, and the catch basin in front of the garage had very poor drainage, actually flooding my garage. Seriously freaked out, called Flohawks, and they promptly sent someone on Saturday to run a cam through it, and determined that roots and debris had blocked the pipe. $188 for 15 minutes, no big deal.
Had a scheduled Jetter cleaning on Monday. Took the day off. No one showed. Got a call late that night that sorry, you got bumped. OK. Send someone Tuesday afternoon. No show. Got another late call: sorry about that. Now Wednesday. ""Yes sir, you are on the schedule for 5PM for sure!"" Nope. Guys shows up at 8PM sharp. I said, no way dude. It's too late and my neighbors don't want to hear that. Sent him away. Called RotoRooter. Their next day service cleaned my drain (and clogged downspouts) and corrected my problem.
Things happen, and plans change. I get that. But time is money to a guy like me, and I do not have the time or patience to deal with that much uncertainty. Look somewhere else if you feel the same way.

Scheduled a septic tank to be pumped and was told to be home from 1-5pm.
by 5pm had a no show, no phone call. Nothing. So I called them and was told to wait as
I was the next on the list. Still a no show as I write this at 10pm. Seems they have too many clients. One less now. I recommend avoiding this business.

Septic problems are never fun but our recent issues turned into a great experience because of the amazing company who was willing to help us on a Sunday - Flohawks Plumbing and Septic was not only here when we needed them but they went above and beyond in being honest and helpful. They wouldn't pump our tanks (aside from the one we needed relief on until we knew what was wrong) because they said they didn't need to (saving around $400) then when they came out the next day to replace the pump they said the pump didn't actually need to be replaced and after untangling the floats they said we didn't owe them another penny because they should have looked for that when they were out on Sunday. WOW! We can't recommend them highly enough!
