Stefanie M.Showed up 3 hours late. No call or text until after we called 2x to verify arrival. We did get a discount of 50.00 and that's why they are getting 2 stars vs 1. THe guy who showed up was stumbling everywhere, spitting all over, then proceeded to tell me ""how can you afford to live here? You must be rich. King county is expensive. Then tell me all about how homeless people dont try"". I dont want to hear your ignorant comments. Can we actually discuss my septic tank instead? It's only worth going with them if you have over 1200 gallons to pump otherwise do your research with other companies. You lost 2 potential residential customers for the future.
We will not be hiring them again.

Michael C.Called FlowHawks to have my residential tank pumped. It had been 10 years on this tank, so it was very full. My technician was named ""May"" and was more than happy to chew through this harder-than-usual job. FlowHawks service was flawless, both in terms of being available on weekends, having confirmations via text message, texting a photo of my technician prior to the visit, and ""May"" who had a great can-do attitude. FlowHawks got the job done where another company did not. Solid 5-star company!
Sandy N.We are repeat customers of Flohawks and will continue to be so. Our septic tank overflowed into the showers and I called them around 3 pm on Tuesday. They were able to come out that very night and pump the tank, getting the toilets running again. Same day service!! No extra charge for the night visit either. Our shower drains were still clogged, so they scheduled a plumber for the next morning. They showed up early, fixed the drain and everything is flowing smoothly again! No hidden fees - they are very upfront about the costs (which are competitive with everywhere else). Both techs at our house were friendly, fast and did a great job.
