Flo-Pro Plumbing did an awesome job.
The representative ""Courtney Rogers"" came out and gave me a quote and professionally explained the work that needed to be done. He later came back and replaced my water heater in a timely manner.
Before he left he fully explained the operation and preventative maintenance of the unit.
I would highly recommend Flo-Pro for your plumbing needs.

Dunno what happened, but Flo Pro contacted me thru Anji ..
They called me on Friday making an appointment for an estimate the following Monday between 10a - noon. Monday noon came and I got a call saying they were running late and made a new appointment for noon - 2pm. Again, 2pm came and no one showed up. At 2:20p, I get a text that a different tech is coming to give me the estimate..""too late now, I'm on my way to work, can we reschedule for Wednesday.. 10a-noon? "" ""Sure! See you Wednesday!""
Wednesday, same story .. 10a-noon and no one shows or calls .. a call comes at 1:20p saying they're on the way .. told them no, three strikes, you're out.

Such a professional, pleasant experience. Our tech, Danny Diaz, was a fantastic representative for Flo-Pro (he was prompt, professional, clean and thorough), leaving the bathroom he repaired exactly how he found it: clean and in perfect condition, when he was done. I'd have Danny back to do any job, any time for any reason. He was a polite joy to work with!

Man this company is fantastic. I realized while talking to Flo Pro that another company was pulling a fast one. Flo Pro asked if I knew what my water pressure was. I said yes another company showed me. I said wait a minute he showed me that number without water run through the gauge. You can't have pressure of 85 unless water is running through the gauge or the gauge should go back to zero. Anyway, we talked further on what I needed.
This company not only was honest but the guys were hard working, friendly, and completed the job in 1 day. The company not only came in with the lowest price. They added a small fix as well which was a pipe to my sprinklers right by the pressure valve that needed replacing. Flo Pro just did an amazing job. They replaced the water line and pressure value from house to curb. Then the quick fix to the broke line on my sprinklers which was by the pressure value.

I've used FloPro for my home and my business since 2012. They installed water heaters in my business, water softener in one of my houses and a water filtration system for my whole house and multiple other things. Their work is always impeccable. Whenever I've had other plumbing companies come (because FloPro is not available) they always ask who installed my heaters because the work is subpar.

They're always very knowledgeable and reliable. Their prices are very competitive, I don't have to worry about quoting different companies. Their workers are extremely professional and friendly.

I appreciate this company. I called the night before because my garbage disposal was so clogged. The woman on the phone, I can't remember her name forgive me, was a sweetheart. My kids were crying in the background and she was still very sweet and quick with finding me an appointment. She found an appointment for the next day. They gave me a time slot for 10-12 and about 15 minutes beforehand, i received a text informing me of being on the way to my house. Upon arrival, Courtney called and I let him in the house. He was done within 10 minutes. He gave me instructions on how to fix it and informed me of ways to keep it from getting jammed and clogged. I appreciate Courtney. Thank you !
