My mom and I was referred to this company by family members who utilized their services on numerous occasions and gave glowing recommendations. However, we have had a lot of disappointing plumbing services that left us skeptical. I'm overjoyed to say that everything we heard about this company was absolutely true. We needed a hot water heater and we talked to the owner Joe who was extremely personable and pleasant. He assessed what was needed, picked up a top of the line brand (I checked), and launched his men for installation and update of plumbing. Kevin Vilchez and his co-worker were courteous, knowledgeable, skilled professionals that did an awesome job! We now have a reliable, reasonably priced, plumbing company of integrity that will be our go to for now on!

Flo Maxx services were highly recommended. We just purchase a home two years ago and the plumbing started backing up in the basement within a year. We had plumbers that half done the job and another company that so-called jet rodded it. Flo Maxx Plumbing Services and technicians are professional and very thorough. They have the best equipment and are qualified if you live in the City of Chicago and trying to get in the Private Drain Program offered by the Chicago Water Department. The technicians Junior and Felix done an outstanding job. Junior was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and gave us a solution. We were very pleased with their services and recommendations. Our walkway is sinking so we know we have a broken pipe somewhere. They arrived on time, stuck the camera down not even 30 feet, charged us 260 but couldn't tell us anything. Told us to rod it out first and they'll be back while trying to charge us an additional 760.00 to have the pipes power jet it out..I don't think so. Why charge us and you couldn't complete the service, and he and my husband had words and they only discounted 30.00 off the total price of 260.00. So we decided to have it rodded out and called them back and they claimed they still couldn't push the camera through and asked for the 30.00 back. WTH!!! while once again trying to push the power jetting of the pipe for 760.00. I DON'T THINK SO....I will not refer them nor will I pay for their services.
