Due to having a maintenance guy on call for our family business I rarely have to seek help for household issues. I called at 9am and they arrived by 10am. They were fast, professional and friendly. They gave tips and information as to prevent future plumbing issues. However, I had a clogged toilet and i waited over night and it still hadn't went down. I plunged forever it seemed. Within 20 mins they had it unclogged and flushing down as before. Thank you Rob and Hazel for such amazing service! There was another guy his name started with a J I believe but he was great as well!!! Again, thank you.

The service I received from beginning to end was excellent. I called 02/11/2020 requesting an estimate for sewer service. I spoke with Hazel whom was very customer friendly. We scheduled an estimate for the next day with a two hour window. I received a follow up call from Hazel informing me the technician was running late. I appreciated the call and that my time was valued. The technician Robert came, not only was he knowledgeable, he was friendly. I expressed to him I was very hesitant, due to being taken advantage of in the past. Robert was understanding and addressed all my concerns. A smoke test was suggested, let me just say this, this was the first company of the many I received quotes from that offered a diagnostic. The very next day Robert and Kevin came and performed the smoke test, we discovered that two toilets and a flow drain was where my problem was. The same day my toilets were properly sealed and secured and a follow up to work on the flow drain was scheduled for the following Monday. On Monday technician Jesus came, him along with another nice technician started on the sewer, we then found an even bigger issue. They got the owner Joe on the phone and we talked about options. The issue required the front yard to be dug up, Joe worked on getting the needed permits and they started the very next day. The entire experience with the Flo Maxx family was exceptional. I want to thank all: Hazel, Robert, Kevin, Jesus, Joe, Thomas and the other two technicians, sorry I can't recall their names. I appreciate the excellent job and customer service. I recommend Flo Max for your plumbing and sewer needs.

FLO MAXX saved the day! My Mom took in water around her catch basin on 1/11/2020, she is 81 years old and lives alone in South Holland, I am her daughter and I live in the city. I called a well known company that specializes in water leaks around 10:00 am, they said they were busy but could come in a couple of hours, well as we waited the water continued to come in for six hours after I had call the well known company.I grew tired of waiting for them so I goggled other leak specialists in the South Holland area and found FLO MAXX!! Thank God for them!! The technician Martin came out within 25 minutes of my call! he quickly assessed the problem and went to work on it immediately! We negotiated a good price with his boss and our problem was resolved. I would call them again. by the way the other company showed up after the job was done six and a half hours later.Good job FLO MAXX!!! THANK YOU!!!

The team did an excellent job, when I first met Robert, he was every knowledgeable and engaging, he took pictures and brought his supervisor Joe, they made up a plan becouse the work that needed to be done was behind a vent, which ment coming back a couple of days later which i understood, when they came on Friday Joe and the rest of the team came an was here for an hour work was done. Joe was able to answer questions pertaining to the job and future jobs. I am very happy with the results and will be keeping their number in my book. Thanks Guys

Used them twice for a collapsed line and a check valve repair. Both times my experience with them was that very were timely, informative, and reasonable. Would definitely use them again if something else arose. Owner and technicians were honest, knowledgeable and fair.

This company wasted a good 3 hours out my day. I spoke with the manager the day before and he gave us worst case best case scenarios to our sewer problem. We had our main sewer line rodded out twice before and each time would provide a temporary fix and later start backing up again. They explained the only way to locate the problem was to do a camera inspection. Once they did that they would be able to tell us exactly where and what the problem was. We went ahead and paid the money for the camera inspection but the camera wouldnt go past 30 ft. They end up just putting a device on a rod and seeing how far it went and marking lines on our ground. Then they said it would be 4500 dollars to dig up and replace the line. I asked how do you know the line needs to be replaced? His answer was because the rod stopped here. How stupid does that sound. Just because the rod stopped there doesn't mean the pipes need to be replaced at that location. The truth is without the camera inspection they are just as clueless as we were. To try to charge someone 4500.00 for a process of elimination is crazy. I would never do business with them again nor do i recommend anyone els doing business with them period. You are a professional and if you cant tell me what the problem is why would i pay you for your services. Thats like calling a cable repair guy and after he gets done, him saying ""you have a problem with your cable service"". Are you retarded? I knew that before i called you. You are suppose to be telling me what the problem is not that i definitely have a sewer problem.

get to my place very quick, they were nice but couldnt fix the shower problem that i had. when they got there tgey said they were gonna do it in 2 to 20 min. but letf wioth fixing it and charging me $65 .I will never hire them again and i defenitly not recomend them to anyone.
