My Hansgrohe shower starting leaking.... And I've had other plumbers look at it before to terrible results. Carlos came in, knew the shower installation and had two possibilities. First was quickly crossed off and he fixed the second. Problem solved with a new cartridge. Fast, knowledgeable, efficient, and just a great guy. I'm so stoked to have found Carlos.

I needed a plumber because someone working under my house told me that my pipes in a certain area of the house look rusty and could be in danger of leaking. I called Carlos and he arrived on time and took a look and told me that with soldering, cooper pipes, and the paste that is used it can appear that there is corrosion where there is none. Carlos said that all it needed was to maintain the area clean. All that was required was a little sanding and cleaning which he was going to do. I was grateful for Carlos's honesty and the time he took to explain the situation to me. I would highly recommend him.

Another issue, another quick solution from Carlos. Had gas leaks confirmed throughout the crawlspace and SocalGas had to shut off gas late saturday night. Carlos was able to come on short notice sun morning and repair/rethread all the areas on a Sunday within a few hours so that we could get our gas restored. A huge help as always.
