For starters they have poor work quality, excessive charges, poor communication, lack of professionalism, delays in service, not fixing the problem completely, causing further damage during repairs, unreliable scheduling, and unresponsive customer service.

Whenever I need a plumber, Carlos is always reliable, despite his busy schedule. When my sink was clogged, he responded promptly and fixed it right away. Then my water heater randomly broke and he came the very next day to resolve the issue. His prices are reasonable, and the quality of his work is outstanding.

What can I say about Carlos.....honest efficient and overall great technician. If I can give him 6 stars I would. It's always the worst when the water heater goes out when you have kids. I texted him late Friday night. He came first thing Saturday morning. Got the problem resolved in less than an hour. It's just amazing to have technicians like this in the neighborhood. He's my go to and share his contact with all my friends and family.

I needed a new earthquake valve installed into my gas line. The only problem was that the gas meter was located in a cramped spot and the line branched into two separate lines into the house (3/4"" and 1/2""), leaving no obvious location to place the valve.

A couple different plumbers came by and gave me both a) outlandish quotes and b) confusing explanations about the work involved. Carlos from Flintridge Rooter came by and gave me a clear explanation about how he was going to solve the problem and also explained how he bills for his time, resulting in a reasonable, affordable estimate.

Carlos performed the work quickly and the end result was a nicely organized line into my house, mediated by a brand new earthquake valve. He explained how everything worked and when he was done he even explained how maintenance of our tankless water heater worked. If you need plumbing help, Carlos is the best.

Just wanted to update my earlier review and say that we had hot water the following morning and the heater continues to work as it did before the heavy rains most likely disabled it as described by Carlos.

That was an unforeseen problem and with all plumbing systems and appliances this and other problems will happen. What also will happen is me calling Flintridge Rooter and Fine Plumbing for assistance with any plumbing problem.
