M. K.This guy talked me into replacing my Hot water heater that was only 4 years old. Looking back I think it needed to be repaired and not replaced. I think he just didn't feel like taking the time to figure out what was wrong and it was easier for him to just replace the whole thing. I know it's my own fault for going through with it, but I felt intimidated by the whole experience and really should have gotten a second opinion. He rambled some plumbing mumbo jumbo at me and totally talked me into it. Now I am down $1000. As far as his installation work. He stayed until the job was complete and did a thorough installation. Don't trust this guy, he's out to take advantage of those who have no plumbing knowledge and make a buck.
