Just an unorganized mess. It took a week of badgering them to get the estimate. The estimate was to include a video for 300$. I have never received a video. The estimate was not for the work I requested.

I will begin by stating that we are property managers with more than 2 decades of experience. This company's quote was about 4 times everyone else to replace about 80 feet of 4 inch cast iron sanitary sewer. They tried to sell us on a liner repair instead of replacing the pipe which was cracked and leaking. I did not find them to be either straight forward in their communications or competitive in their pricing. We dealt with Jordan.

$350 for 10 minutes to """"snake"""" a bathtub. More than the $100-$300 range that Angi's List said it would be. Nearly double what Angi would have charged if I'd paid through them. Flex would not give a price upfront, offering instead a """"free estimate"""". The appointment was made for 9 am to noon. The plumber arrived about 8 pm, 8 to 11 hours late, and said it would be $350. What are you going to do? Wait until the next day to use someone cheaper? They did a great job. Well done. But at a premium price. I felt manipulated. PS. I notice the positive review by """"Rebecca D."""" I wonder if that's Rebecca Diotte, an employee of Flex Drain Solutions, who booked my reservation for service.
