Chris S.Our toilets were flushing slowly, the tub was draining slowly and there had been a sewage smell in our house for a few weeks. My neighbors use Fletcher's so I thought I would give them a try. The young man came to our house and snaked and put a camera in the line the line. He said it was clear to the street but when he got to the street there was some type of blockage, probably tree roots. He was at my house about 2-3 hours. He had to contact the water company and told them the problem. They agreed for him to come the next day with a high pressure system to break up the tree roots. He was done with my house. He gave me my bill. $750.00. (The water company got a separate bill). I was shocked. That is a lot of money to go about 20-25 feet to the street with a snake and camera, especially since he found nothing in my line. A few days later I contacted Fletcher's and asked them what the price was for using a snake and camera in a line. The lady said they didn't have a set price, it was up to the technician. WHAT???? Mechanics have set prices. Painters have set prices. Landscapers have set prices. I then asked to speak to the manager. She took my name and number and said he will get back to me Well, it has been 6 weeks and I have heard nothing. Please DO NOT USE FLETCHER'S unless you just want to give your money away. (FYI-The young technician who came to the house was very polite and professional).
