Needed some risers installed on a septic tank that had some oversized lids and Ray and Miguel came through. These guys worked day and night to find a solution for me and I couldn't be happier with their work. Called around to other places and nobody offered a solution and or they seemed too busy. Ray came out and looked at my problem and gave me some options he stayed in contact with me and kept me updated on finding me a solution. Great team! Great Communication! These guys I highly recommend. They care about the customer. Fletchers is the only way to go.

Had a leak under my house; drain from washer and kitchen sink/dishwasher emptying into the crawl space. Mike from Fletchers came over and, after sending another technician under the house, gave me an estimate of $2600. He could not give a firm day to fix it so I called another plumber and I was given a quote of $1000 to do the exact same thing and fixed the same day as the diagnosis! My leak is now fixed. Get a second estimate before going with Fletcher's. Oh yeah Fletchers charge me $260 for 15 minutes under the house!

It worked but it's way to Expensive, paid only because I didn't have time to have to browse through other plumbers.

Called Fletcher's to change out a gas valve for her new stove to our 98 year neighbor that we take care of. Mike came out and he was so polite like a Southern gentleman, he got the valved changed and put her new stove together in no time. Thank you again Mike

Michael came out to my property today and he was great with his communication and even called the city when he thought the leak could possibly be the cities. He was able to make the repair once the city could not determine where the leak was from. I am very happy with the service I received.

After purchasing a very expensive Whole House Water Purification System, I had Fletcher's Plumbing install it. They could or would not hook up the Ultra Violet Light component which gives a final bacterial filtration to the already purified water. Seems to me a competent plumbing company should have been able to do that. That component was a major reason I selected this expensive system.
Additionally, today when I went to pick up some more of their water softener material, they would not take cash unless it was exact change, so I had to use a credit card. I was shocked to hear they charged an additional 3.5 percent for the PRIVILEDGE of using a credit card (on which I also pay a percentage of interest).
What a RIP-OFF outfit ! Being big, doesn't mean being better !
