I want to commend Fletcher's Plumbing for the outstanding service I received. I called about a leak in my reverse osmosis system. Although I could not take the first slot offered, they had an appointment available soon after I called. I had to turn off the system, but I did not know how to do this. Both Jim and Joey were available to field my questions, and Joey was kind enough to text me directions at 7 PM! I am sure he was ""off the clock,"" but took his time to communicate with me over several messages.

Jim actually diagnosed the problem during my first phone call. Joey serviced the unit and replaced a part. He did the work in two steps to ensure that the questionable part was actually the culprit. He was incredibly conscientious and knowledgeable.

At the last minute, I asked about proper service for our water softener, and even though he did not come out for the softener, he happily took the time to do the required pre-filter change.

I highly recommend Fletcher's Plumbing. This company operates with integrity, and customer satisfaction is clearly their priority. Thank you Joey and Jim!

Outstanding company!!! We reached out to Fletcher's plumbing for a restroom clog between three toilets at our work place. Previously, we had the same issues throughout the years due to the building being so old.. previous companies had to remove the toilet to snake directly to the pipe as no one could locate a clean out. we were provided bids for cleanouts to be installed. Fletcher's tech came out within the time scheduled, was super polite, professional, and efficient. He actually located the clean out we didn't even know existed in the first five minutes of his arrival, that itself was worth its weight in gold.. He had a camera and was able to provide us a view on the direction of the pipe and then it was clean out to the street, and the only area of clog was at the cleanout near the toilet. Fletchers is not only our workplace new plumbing vendor, but now my personal and a few other coworkers new plumbing contractor!!

I called to have a leaking toilet fixed. I was told they had a same day opening and would call when they were en route. The dispatcher called and said they would arrive in 20-30min. Mike arrived on time and was unbelievably nice. He listened to my inexperienced ""theories"" of what the issue could be and very nicely told me that they were unlikely. He gave me a price and reset the toilet with a new wax ring. Once he was done he explained it to me, showed me the old wax ring and described how it was probably installed wrong the first time. The whole thing took 30min and Mikes customer service was great.

Another wonderful experience with James of Fletcher's Plumbing in Yuba City. We live up in the mountains and finding plumbers is not always easy. Fletcher's comes up here and treats us like we are neighbors. James is so courteous and easy to talk to about every plumbing issue. And does NOT discriminate against women...which really is an issue in a male-dominated field. I highly recommend Fletcher's and, get James if you can :D

Josh, from Fletcher's Plumbing put a new Recirculating Pump for me last summer and did a great job. Today, I couldn't figure out how to set the accurate time.
