Fletchers came out right away when I called. Unrelated, I had a crew here gutting my kitchen due to water damage. Shortly after we disconnected my fridge from the water line that was hooked up to our water heater-water started gushing on top of my heater from the valve!

That's when I called Fletchers-I was so distraught! PJ was friendly and beyond compassionate to my never ending disaster with this other project. He fixed the leak then had to come back later that night for our bathrooms to replace our valves due to leaks (I called 5 minutes before they closed and he still took the call on a FRIDAY!)

Thank you PJ for your selfless dedication to my home! I will be using you again.

I left my number 3 different times, I find it hard to believe all three of those times the numbers were not transcribed properly. In fact they finally called and left a message over a week later. Nevertheless I bumped my rating up a star.

So, in all fairness, I will lead this review by saying that I never actually used them for work. This review doesn't deal with the quality of their work, but rather their policy for providing quotes.

I was calling around to get a quote on some plumbing work. I called 4 companies to get quotes. The other 3 companies came out and gave me a quote with no issues. Fletcher's, however, wanted to charge me a fee to send a guy out! Seriously?!?!?!?!?! Let's think about that! You want me to pay you money to see how much you will charge me! Would you appreciate it if you went into a TV store and had to pay someone to tell you how much the TVs cost? NEVER!!! That is simply idiotic.

I'm caught in between. The work that was done by their service techs was great. They were on time, fast, efficient, nice guys.

THE REAL PROBLEM is their poor excuse for an office! FIRST, they said that the technicians would be ready to fix our leak that day, and they showed up at 5pm for just a diagnostic appointment, and couldn't work because they were done for the day. So then we waited to be first thing Monday morning, and the guys finished the job well, and efficiently. But they told us that payment was due upon completion, when the OFFICE said that they would bill us, so it can be paid out of a property account!

Overall, the techs do all the work, from diagnosis, setting up appointments for work, BILLING and COLLECTION OF MONIES, and estimates for future work...? SO WHY IS THERE AN OFFICE AT ALL? They have no idea what is going on, where the techs are, what the techs are doing at any given moment, and they don't even do billing either? All the office did was waste our time!!!

I do want to give our plumbers 5 stars though, they were great guys, and did great work. I felt bad they have to have an office that just makes their day, and the customers day, more difficult. Poor business model. But great plumbers.

Fantastic, fast service; always easy to get a hold of & get a plumber out quickly. Recently had a leaky kitchen tap fixed superfast. Also, just now getting around to posting this, but 4 yrs. ago we were having water softener problems that neither the softener manufacturer nor the other/shall-remain-nameless plumbing outfit we contacted could figure out. Called Fletcher's, the plumber came out, diagnosed & fixed the problem superfast. Thanks, Fletcher's, you all rock!

Vince at Fletcher's Plumbing came to my recently-purchased dream home that was becoming a nightmare due to a multitude of problems with the plumbing. We had toilets that wouldn't flush, water backing up into the shower and tubs, yet a septic clearance had just been inspected and signed off four months ago. They found and pressure washed old grease buildup, and Vince returned and dug up a cracked pipe in the backyard (in the pouring rain). Vince and his co-worker were on-time, professional, personable and communicated clearly the problems and corrected them within budget. Fletcher's will always be my first call and recommendation for future needs!

Had a great experience with Fletcher's in Chico. My sewer line backed up after hours and Vince came by that day to fix the issue. He was able to put a camera down and discovered our front yard tree had almost completely destroyed our sewer line. He was able to work with our insurance and scheduled to have it replaced the next day. Couldn't be happier with Vince and Fletcher's. Very professional.
