Used Fletcher to clear sink drain clog twice (unfortunately due to narrowness of pipes in this house). Both times, able to come and fix the problem in under 24 hours notice. Great customer service, promptly cleared the clog fixing the issue. 1/2 hour on site each time to resolve. Prices fair. Thanks for getting my sink drain flowing promptly!

Used these guys twice and they were outstanding both times. The first time for a clogged septic pipe. Not only did he clear the clog but also found a small hidden pipe leak that I was able to have a plumber repair before any damage was done.

The second time was for a clogged french drain pipe. Cody was friendly and professional and managed to clear the clog within minutes. Before his arrival I thinking that I was going to have to pay thousands to have my front yard dug up. Instead my problem was solved for the cost of one hour labor.

I am so glad I called Fletcher first. I highly recommend them!

My washer drain was backing up all over my floor. Not a catastrophe (like a toilet would be), but it was irritating. They came out the same day and provided service. Unfortunately, despite the fact that we fixed it that day, it backed up the following day (a Saturday). I called back to let them know and they sent someone out again and re-fixed the problem. No additional fees. Prices were reasonable for same day service. Service technicians are friendly and nice (and dog friendly)! I'll use them again for sure!

Well, it might be a tad expensive, but that's sort of what you expect with plumbing services. With Fletcher, though, you'll get A+ customer service from the off-hours answering service (say, if you're bathroom floods on a Sunday night, not that I know from personal experience), to the office who calls early the next day, and from the technician who comes to solve your drainage woes. Super polite, knowledgable, and prompt. I would definitely use this company again. They give you a flash drive with the recording of the camera work of your drain pipe. I called on a Sunday night, got a call back immediately, and they had it fixed before lunchtime on Monday. Honestly would be five stars but my checkbook told me to make it four.

Same day service? What?? I'm blown away. I had a clogged drain that could not be solved through Wikipedia...trust me two people tried. I called my very local plumber and of course they were busy for five days but recommended these guys. They gave me a heads up call, showed up (on time) and solved the problem. Apparently, my ex was stuck somewhere south in the drain. Guess he's free now. Lol. Seriously, the most respectful,skilled professionals you could ever get! Thanks guys!!!

I called to see if someone could come out on a Sunday. Within 10 minutes of calling, the technician called and said he would be there in the afternoon. I was so impressed when he arrived and introduced himself and also shook my hand. No technician does that anymore. He cleared the drain and explained everything that was done. Very professional and courteous. I had used Mr. Rooter and Roto Rooter in the past. Never again. Very reasonable compared to the others. I will recommend this company to everyone I know.
