There really is an honest, fairly priced 3rd generation family owned business in the heating and plumbing business in Delaware. It is Fletcher's in Smyrna De. They did a major heating, water heater and AC unit replacement job for us. Their technicians were timely, professional and very knowledgeable. I believe that the true indication of the values of a company can be seen in the quality of their employees. This is an outstanding company.

Where to even start. My wife (who is pregnant) and I lost heat during the storm two days ago. We called Horizon first and they said they'd be out, but called us later telling us they weren't dispatching trucks due to weather. Roads were clear, but I can respect the concern for employee safety. I called a number of others including Service Mark and Sobieski, none of whom were willing to come out.

Upon recommendation I reached out to Fletcher's. I was told somebody would be out within 30 minutes. Lou was absolutely amazing. He wasn't able to get the part needed because everything was shut down, but he rigged it so we'd at least make it through the night with heat so he could get the part necessary today. He showed up, fixed the part and was incredibly kind. Thank you to Fletcher's and Lou for coming through for us in a tough spot. I would absolutely recommend Fletcher's to anyone asking for help with heating/air conditioning.
