Our furnace was acting up Horizon Services came out and gave me the run around about repairing it. Not feeling comfortable with Horizons recommendation I called Fletchers, the repair guy came out at 9:00pm. He gave me a completely different assessment of the issue and asked me to shutdown the system so the house didn't catch fire or we didn't die of carbon monoxide poison! He then offered to run out and get some space heaters. We had Fletchers come out the next day and give us a price and do the install of a new system. If it weren't for their experienced and caring employees our house could have caught fire or we would have been ill/died from Carbon Monoxide poisoning! The install crew did a great job and were very clean. I'd recommend them to everyone!
