0 out of 10 never try again. extremely unprofessional. Left several leaks. I was told to put a bowl under one of them under a sink and they could get to us the following Friday. The bowl was filling every couple hours. They cut an access panel in 40 yr old irreplaceable tile when there was already one in the closet. they Broke a part changing something out in my garden tub nothing was ever explained to me and I had to wait 6-8 weeks , the whole time it leaking , for my garden tub to be repaired, the office staff gave me an attitude when questioned what was going on. They left my house an absolute mess with putty and epoxy on the floors and just sloppy. I had to take a razor to it and clean it myself. This is just the beginning.

I had an emergency at 11 pm. I had called two other plumbers and they said it wasn't an emergency. Which it was since water was shooting out of the pipe in the yard Fletcher's plumbing arrived in like 20 minutes and took care of it and then they came back the next day and fixed the problem. I am very pleased with their work.

only issue was equipment use added and we were unaware that it was not included in the 85$ a hour and the service fee.very nice people and great service though

Fletcher Plumbing is the best we have used. We had water backing up through a shower while entertaining at night. Their crew came out quickly and solved our clog issue under our home. We highly recommend them.

I was not satisfied with original work done at our home. I spoke with the company owner and he is making things right with payment and job completed. It goes a long way when people do this. He also told me to call if any issue with the toilet and he would make it right. He personally dropped check off to my wife and I and was extremely helpful. I would feel comfortable using this company again in the future. Strong management.

Fletcher Plumbing has come to our home a couple of times in the last few weeks as part of a renovation project underway. Outstanding service from the phone call asking for an appointment to the follow up afterward. David was the plumber sent and his communication along the way as well as level of work were top notch. Highly recommend this company!

They put in a new toilet. Had to come back a week later because there was a small leak. That time, they changed a small valve. That took ten minutes, and cost a total of 170 dollars, because of 85 dollars labor (for ten minutes of work), and 55 dollars """"service fee"""". I am sure they would be able to explain that this is somehow """"company policy"""", but charging so much for a second visit which would not have been necessary if the work is done right the first time does leave a bad taste.

Very appreciative! I thought I'd be able to get my plumbing issues fixed myself, but clearly needed help. Kyle came with his assistant, and got it taken care of no problem. Both of them were very polite and friendly. 5/5 stars!

This is the worst plumber I have ever dealt with. They took the easy route that COSTS me more money to fix the tiling around the faucet. He could've done the back route without damaging my tile. NOW I ended up have to retile the area and it's cost me $1300. THANKS A LOT!!!
