Had Fletcher's as part of the warranty on my new home, replaced the toilet , fished a line down but did not see the problem. Scheduler always made me feel guilty for coming out and was only willing to send someone when I could 100% guarantee the issue. Problem was never fixed and Roto rooter came out and actually sent a snake down and cleared up whatever was causing the toilet to clog so I paid $400 for an item that should have been covered under warranty if they were a decent,honest company.
