Fletch Barney plumbing was recommended by my HVAC people. I had to replace my ejector and toilet after it flooded several rooms in my house. I had a great experience. Ken was prompt, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help! Their pricing was a very pleasant surprise. A great value for Quality work!

The hot water in my shower wouldn't turn off. Our condo community uses Fletch Barney for our exterior issues, so I called them about this problem. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they were able to come out quickly to diagnose and fix my problem shower. They double-checked the water pressure coming into the house (since that can cause the type failure they saw) and also made a slight adjustment to the toilet that was overfilling. Everything was addressed quickly, efficiently, and professionally. They explained what they were doing and why. Great service. Easy payment options. I would certainly call them again.

Very positive experience with this plumber. They gave me a one hour time window for the appointment and arrived on time (maybe even a little earlier!) Nate was courteous, diagnosed the problem and promptly went to work fixing our issue. I would definitely recommend this plumber...very satisfied with their work.

My neighbor downstairs had a water mark in the ceiling due to some water leaking that traced to my condo unit. When Fletch-Barney plumbing was called in because it's the contracted plumbing service provider by the condo association, they went into my unit which was tenant occupied to investigate the leaking. They found the dripping from the water heater expansion tank and went ahead to replace it. As the owner of the condo unit, I was not aware of this replacement and my tenant did not understand how it works when appliances within the unit are repaired, the owner got charged. Anyways, I received a bill of $682.50. The tank costs under $50 from Home Depot. It takes a skilled plumber 30 minutes to replace it. A reasonable market price is between $125 - $175) here in Marietta in 2021. I talked to the F-B manager about this high charge and wanted to negotiate, but he was not willing to and said good-bye and hanged up! Please do not use them. High price!

I purchased a bathroom faucet at Lowes and called Fletcher Barney to install it. I was expecting a charge of $210. and ended up paying $560.00. I should have been requoted and was not. The work was done correctly but it took the tech 3 hours to install the valve and drain in the pic. attached and install a bathroom faucet that I purchased. I am disappointed in this company.

We had an emergency leak on a Sunday during Covid not only did they come in a timely manner, Roland was knowledgable, resourceful and very professional. He also took the time to educate me on the potential problem and possible fixes. I would reccomend them greatly!!

John and Galin came out to fix my clogged kitchen sink. This is the first time I've used a plumber so I had a lot of questions about the process and I was also concerned about the cost. The person I made the appointment with wasn't very patient answering my questions, but Fletch-Barney is an approved vendor for my complex so I took a chance with them. John and Galin were professional and patient with me. I asked John to tell me if there's anything they're going to do that will cost me extra money, and he did exactly that. There were no surprise charges at the end! (apparently, if they have to use any expensive specialized machine to fix a problem, they will charge you for the use of the machine). Because they're minimum charge is for an hour, and my sink was fixed within 40 minutes, I had them check out a leak and my bathroom sink and they were happy to do so. I appreciate Fletch-Barney for making my first plumbing experience painless.

I was recommended to use this company last week so I was excited to work with them and have my plumbing issues fixed! First off, they showed up without any prior information and didn't have the equipment to do the work that I called them for. Secondly, the woman who answers the phone quoted me an assessment price 1 week before our service date. An invoice was not sent to me to verify what was discussed so naturally when the service men came to our house, they told me a different price. When we called the office, the same women had the nerve to argue with me about the price she quoted verses what we discussed the prior week. Now whether she just didn't explain their fees well could very well have been the case however, her lack of understanding and unwillingness to work with the customer couldn't be denied. She demanded that I pay the amount with little care about the misunderstanding. The only reason why I gave them 2 stars was because Jeremy and his associate were kind, apologetic, and very helpful. My advice, find a company who cares a little more about customer service because those are usually companies that you can trust. If you decide to use Fletch Barney, make sure they send you a quote so all parties are on the same page.

If you're browsing through Fletch Barney looking for a viable experienced plumbing company and you're checking out Fletch Barney, just keep on moving along because Fletch Barney is NOT the one. Trust me, avoid Fletch Barney like the PLAGUE. My encounter with Fletch Barney came in March of 2018. I own a Condo that I rent out and our management company uses Fletch Barney as their plumbing company for the whole property. In March of 2018 I had suspected I had a leak underneath the slab of my Condo after having high electric & water bills spike and I decided to use Fletch Barney since I was informed from Fletch Barney themselves that they had been working at that property for over 20 years. I hired Fletch Barney to locate the leak in March of 2018. Fletch Barney came out to my Condo twice. The first day was to """"investigate"""" which they charged me some BULLSHIT fee of $210.00 and the next day was to actually do some work and locate the leak. Fletch Barney spent almost (8) hours inside and outside of my 1150 square foot Condo. After Fletch Barney had (3) of their guys working more than (9) hours in (2) days Fletch Barney/Ashley called me to tell me """"they couldn't find a leak. You don't have a leak in your unit."""" Fletch Barney then came up with their own BS conspiracy theory that maybe another homeowner above me on the 2nd or 3rd floor """"tapped into your water line."""" They suggested they do test to see what was causing the problem. It sounded ridiculous to me but I had no viable explanation. So they tested other (5) units in my building. Fletch Barney did all these tests from March of 2018 to September of 2018 and needless to say nothing was found or resolved. We just knew leak was tied to my water heater. At the end of the day Fletch Barney spent about (5) days between March of 2018 & September of 2018 & (25) hours searching for a leak in a 1150 ft Condo and all I got out of it was a $2000.00 bill...... And still an unfound leak and the end of Fletch Barney's BS conspiracy theory. Myself and my HOA went with the findings of there was no leak in my unit and my HOA, like most shady HOAs do, told me to take care of it myself. They were out of it which got attorneys involved. After getting a 2nd incompetent plumbing company involved who also couldn't pin point a leak and almost 18 months of this nightmare, my attorneys suggested I call one more plumber to confirm I did not have a leak before we file lawsuit against the HOA( because we thought this was outside my condo)so l did. I googled plumbers and chose Delta The Educated Plumbers and one guy came out to look for a leak. Low and behold, in less than 90 minutes Jacob found two leaks. Fletch Barney ( who's been working at this property for over 20 years) spent (5) days and almost 25 total hours with (2) & (3) guys at my 1150 square ft property and could not do what you'd think an average plumbing company would be able to. Then you have a random plumbing company, Delta The Educated Plumbers (who I chose just to prove I didn't have a leak) come to my home for the first time and find (2) leaks in less than (90) minutes. It's obvious Fletch Barney's staff needs a lot more education about their plumbing skills. Delta The Educated Plumbers not only found (2) leaks and repaired them is less than 12 hours. Fletch Barney spent more than twice that amount of time and came up with NOTHING but BULLSHIT conspiracy theories about other homeowners tapping in to my water lines. At the end of the day this whole disaster ended up costing me over $20,000 in plumbing bills($2000.00 from Fletch Barney themselves), electric bills water bills, attorney fees and loss of rental revenue (because my tenants left and I definitely couldn't rent it out again until issue was resolved) because Fletch Barney lacks the innate skills all basic plumbing companies should have to find a damn leak. Ridiculous! I found out that Delta uses updated equipment that most plumbing companies don't use to find leaks and doing other jobs. That's why Fletch Barney was basically running in circles at my expense. Fletch Barney should not have a license to practice plumbing because they're an inept incompetent company with no skills. If you want to avoid my nightmare, as I stated earlier avoid Fletch Barney like the PLAGUE. Fletch Barney does not know what they're doing. They'll go on a wild goose chase at the customer's expense and give you nothing but BULLSHIT CONSPIRACY THEORIES. #STAYAWAYFROMFLETCHBARNEY!

2 guys from fletch barney plumbing company came to my hgouse to unclog main drain line & they did unclogged the drain. However, they promised a copy of video from the camera that they stuck inside the drain pipe but when I called for the copy receptionist said there was no video recorded. I was going to use that video to get reimbursement for the bill from my HOA. I used my credit card to pay and they did not have any kind of credit card processing machine or terminal. Instead guy wrote by hand my credit card number with security code with it. How unsafe is that! Anyone can hack my credit card with all the information on it! Now a days you can make card transaction even with a phone! Reception person said invoce will be ready in day or two. Took them 9 days to email me the invoice, after 3 phone calls asking for it. Bad business savy. I probably won't use this company again.
