Three weeks ago we had a drain backed up on a Saturday no less and thought oh boy, who's going to answer the phone on a weekend!! Miss Monica did, and not only did she answer she showed up a few hours later as promised. She quickly won us over with her polite and go get'em attitude.
Within 20 minutes she had a plan, executed it and had us at ease. Along the process she walked us through what she was doing and answered our many questions.
What was even better than her professionalism was the way she treated like old friends. In today's society that's hard to come-by and was pleasantly welcomed by all. Miss Monica ran her camera thru the pipe and let us see everything while she explained what we were looking at.
Very fair in pricing, very responsive to our needs. She's won a customer for life.

Absolutely blown away by Monica and James - we will never call ANYONE else for a drain issue! Monica was easy to get ahold of, came over right away, immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it in probably less than 5 minutes. She was able to see larger issues that needed to be taken care of and gave educational, insightful advice with multiple options. To top it all off, her final invoice was the low end of the initial quote she gave on the phone. Her attitude, helpfulness, ethics, and SKILL truly cannot be beat! I call her Magic Monica came to the rescue today.
Im a local real estate agent of 15 years representing
a buyer. We are 2 days out from closing and have had all
appropriate inspections (inspection from home inspector i've used for 15 yrs) long story short property isn't on PUBLIC sewer it's on SEPTIC! I have less than 2 days to get insepcted and get bank to approve and get to settlement fri @10am.

Flescher Drain Service is flat-out the best contractor with whom we have ever dealt, and we have dealt with many! They have been around for a long, long time and have years of experience, which is being passed down to the granddaughter Sonya & other family, Expect an amazing job at a fair price. They take pride in their reputation and will make sure your completely satisfied! We have had them work at 3 different properties, each one was fixed fast and perfectly done. These days in NOVA we have become accustomed to paying exorbitant charges for little & lackluster work; never the case with Werner Flescher Drain Cleaning. I wish 6 stars could be given, they deserve it!

I just moved into a house with a Septic System and I needed to find the pipe to the drain field because I am putting up a fence. Monica and James arrived and helped me take a guess at where it is located. (We could have paid a lot to dig the thing up but they figured it was way more cost effective just to try and miss it with my fence posts and if I hit it they would repair it). While they were here they took a look at my Septic Tank and figured I had a long time before pumping was needed. They were super friendly and absolutely helpful.
