WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! Poor communication, don't clean up after themselves, don't put things back the way they found them, don't check things before they install, don't check things when done and cause damage they dont own up to.

Ridiculously rude customer service after months of trying to get a technician out and a dozen phone calls I gave up to completely a task included in the several thousands of dollars contract I gave up. The receptionist told me that I had never called and she had no record of it after I had called so many times. All of this over air quality in the middle of an air quality emergency in Los Angeles with a pregnant wife and a 2.5 year old which I expressed multiple times. Stay as far away as possible. Small claims is on the way.

Terrible company. They are liars. They don't follow any code. All of their employees are inexperienced and have no training. They will charge your card without authorization. Beware of this company. Fraudulent practices and they will waste your time scheduling appointments that are not supposed to happen. They don't care about inspections they just want their money

Thanks Fleetwell Air Conditioning for not showing up on time or calling to reschedule.

I feel the company, Fleetwell Air Conditioning; simple profiled me to be an undesirable customer.  I simple was not worth the effort for you to commit to showing up on time for the appointment last evening between 2:00-4:00pm, which time period was confirmed the day before. If delayed, it only takes a moment to alert the prospective customer and provide a new arrival time; this is a common courtesy given by a professional business.

Fleetwell Air Conditioning's disregard for my time caused me three precious (and expensive) hours of vacation. In addition, I had rearranged other appointments around the AC appointment.

When I finally realized they were not going to show up, I contacted the office and received excuses and a request to reschedule - how can I be assured they will keep a second appointment? One incentive to reschedule is if Fleetwell offers a discount for today's no-show.
