Flawless Sewer Service

I had a sewer backup. The plumber from Flawless came and said he ran 110 feet of cable and wasn't able to clear the blockage and that the blockage must be farther down the line. Said I'd have to get a different plumber because the home warranty only covers 100 feet. The next plumber (who I paid out of pocket) was able to clear the blockage at ~90 feet. So the plumber from Flawless both wasn't able to fix the issue and didn't even realize he had already passed the blockage.

After the Flawless plumber left, I saw he damaged the trim on the door. This was Friday so I called the plumbing company Monday morning and was berated by the owner and hung up on.

If you get assigned this service, just tell the warranty company to send someone else. Based on my experience and other reviews there's a decent chance they'll end up costing you money.

I have called this company three times to fix plumbing problems. The technicians are nice and very professional.

I wouldn't give even one star. My claim thro' Choice home warrenty was assigned to them. Service was reschedule at least 2 times. Technician are not professional and not ready to listen / undertand the problem. After first service call, toilet keep running and called few times to resolve it but they never showed up to fix it. I tried to communicate outside Choice home warrenty portal and end up with opening new claim for same item and now I have to pay service fee for same item.

Dont walk, run! This guy came to fix small kitchen leak from Choice warranty, saw duct tape that tenants put on the pipe to stop the leak and reported back that the pipe was install incorrectly with the duct tape! It was done on purpose so my claim would be denied. After that he called me and ask for $375 and refused to write up the job he is planning to do so I can see what is going to be done. When I said you have 1 start reviews he said ""Did you read the replies from us?"" I said Yes - your replies always blaming the customer... STAY AWAY,

I used this company because where I had my home warranty they covered this company. The man came to my house was very nice and polite. Analyzed the problem. I thought he would have to cut the ceiling. Decided he could go upstairs and just fix it from there. He knew exactly what it was. It had to do with the ring in the toilet which he fixed and replaced billed my insurance company cleaned up afterwards and then he was on his way. I was extremely happy with the repair the way the toilet works now that there is no leak in the kitchen. It was wonderful!! I own a secret home and I will be having them come to do a bigger repair there. I'll make sure I keep you guys informed but for now 100%. I would definitely use them again. Great company. Nice trucks. No cursing cleaned up afterwards and no more leaks!!

This business is completely unprofessional, incompetent ! Stay as far away as possible. They don't know anything about plumbing and just a complete rip off. Just want to get paid as soon as possible, without doing any work. THey pretend to fix the problem and make every possible excuse which can help them run away. Completely unprofessional and incompetent people. I wouldn't allow them anywhere near my property in future ! They came to fix a simple leak and made it worst and ran away, of course, with money !!
