Impressive at first. But $5000 later, we'd never use them again. We had a septic smell in our house. A guy we had worked with before at Flatirons came out to fix it. We had begun to lose faith in Flatirons and this plumber when, on the previous trip to our home, his solution to a problem was so inane that we will have to have it redone--and we paid $2000 for it. In fact, in under three months, we paid more than $5000 to flatirons, and yet they would not honor their own measly coupon for $40--the plumber didn't give it to them at the right time. They wanted to credit our account for the ""next time""--but there will be no more next time. Anyway, the septic problem: the plumber said detecting the origin of a smell in a home was ""the hardest thing ever"" and in order to really do it right, he'd have to probably tear out some walls. We refused the service. Then we looked up a solution in YouTube. Guess what? We fixed it for under $20--by snaking the outside vent, then covering it with the appropriate cover.

I have used Flatirons for a number of years. They are always very professional, show up when they say they will be there and always fix the problem! I would highly recommend them!

Unfortunately Yelp doesnt allow less than one star! A ""tech"" came out to fix a thermocouple on our water heater. First, I had to weather his several attempts to tell me the water heater needed replaced. Then he tried to charge me $425 for a 30 minute job and a $20 part. Then he got angry with me when I said no way! So, I went to Home Depot and bought a $12 part and spent exactly 32 minutes changing it out. Water heater fired right up and runs perfectly. I called the company and asked what their hourly rate is for labor. She told me that the ""techs"" set the price for each job on their own and they dont have standard pricing. Stay away from this company, they will rob you blind!

They are advertised as having emergency services, but there are is no such thing, only a voicemail. Yelp needs to change that.

I would highly recommend Flatirons Plumbing. The whole process was super easy. We had a backed up main drain and called late on a Friday afternoon. The person scheduling the call was super helpful and nice and worked with us to get an appointment scheduled as soon as possible. The technician was responsive, came on time, was courteous, quick, and got our drain fixed in no time. The whole experience was great!

Larry showed up on time, diagnosed the issue with my sump pump right away, and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Thank you! This was supposed to be just a visit to diagnose and give an estimate but he was able to fix it quickly and didn't charge for the visit. Can't say that's every happened before...

Emergency pipe burst leaving standing water in basement. Receptionist was super responsive, courteous & empathetic. Tony was in my house assessing the damage within an hour, even on a Sunday afternoon. He was extremely professional, very thorough, adhered to Covid precautions & worked with our insurance. The price he quoted was way lower than we expected, given it was an emergency situation on a weekend. I already have and will continue to recommend Flatirons Plumbing to anyone, as these guys are great at running their family owned business.

I loved the service I received! I had a few issues one of which was a hidden leak. Kyle gave me an accurate bid and then spent hours fixing all my issues including finding that hidden leak. He was on time he was knowledgeable, polite and I felt completely comfortable having him in my house. I will use them again for any Plumbing issues I have
