Flat Rate Plumbing, Inc. is a family-owned business that started as Martin's Plumbing and Rooter Service in 1991.
As a licensed Master Plumber, Martin Pekarek is certified in both Backflow and Natural Gas.
Martin is not only a skilled Master Plumber but also speaks English, Czech, and German fluently.
After completing a plumbing apprenticeship in Europe, he moved to America and obtained his Master Plumber license.
He has been running a thriving plumbing business in America for more than 25 years.

Jt C.Was told $50 charge for Back Flow certification. Man came to door and said it would be 15 mins. Then said test failed and needs to flush out/clean. Opened bottom plug to let water flow. screwed back in. retested and said all was fine. Took 15 mins total. Then said the charge was $50 plus $49. Never was told there was a extra charge. Then told my husband that I was told there was an extra charge. NOT TRUE. So he lied directly to him, and I said that is not true. We paid them but feel scammed. Never again! Stay away from this company.
