Words can not describe how pleased I was with the service received. We were needing a new sink and garbage disposal put in and I sent an email inquiring about services late evening not expecting a response till morning but I did get a response and shared photos of what was needed and before night was over we were scheduled for the next day no less. Arrived promptly on time and within a couple of hours had the work completed and it looks great!! Highly recommend for quality and price!!!

Roy Adams embodies what great service should resemble. He not only explains every step of his process, but is also honest about if can fix the issue or not. I am a new home owner and he also gave me honest advice about the existing cheap/ builder grade plumbing concerns but, told me not to worry about them until necessary. Most other Plumbers would have tried to have me spend a small fortune immediately. If you hire Flat Rate Plumbing, you will NOT be disappointed!! Roy was kind, communicative, efficient, and easy to work with from the start of our first interaction. He's an honest and knowledgeable person, who listened to my needs/concerns and fixed exactly what I needed without adding fees or trying to up sell more work. I paid exactly what he quoted me from our phone call, but made it clear before he got started that he would only do work if he believed he could make the problems better. Lucky for us he did! He was quick, got my sinks unclogged in about 20 mins, and gave me some tips on tools for new homeowners. Great service! So happy to have someone to call now :)

Roy did an amazing job repairing a slab leak that we had. He worked his butt off to find the leak and repair it. He is a very nice guy, dependable, on time, and offers a fair price. I would recommend him for any plumbing job.

Very good job done by Roy! I had an issue with the outdoor faucet in my backyard that was causing a major leak and He diagnosed the problem over the phone and was able to quote me on the spot. Then when he came he quickly saw the issue and was able to replace the faucet without needing to drill into the brick work. He simply explained to us why the issue developed and how we can prevent it going forward. Couldn't have asked for better service and reasonable pricing! Will be using him in the future.
