My name is Pamela and I am leaving this review for Flat Rate Plumbing (Grand Prairie) because I know how hard it is to find truly honest, reliable, friendly and most of all professional and expertise workmanship. Roy Adams embodies what great service should resemble. He not only explains every step of his process, but is also honest about if can fix the issue or not. I am a new home owner and he also gave me honest advice about the existing cheap/ builder grade plumbing concerns but, told me not to worry about them until necessary. Most other Plumbers would have tried to have me spend a small fortune immediately. If you hire Flat Rate Plumbing, you will NOT be disappointed!! I plan to keep him servicing my home for as long as he is willing to do so.....Thank you so much Roy!!!..you are truly a gem and a blessing!!!

Roy was kind, communicative, efficient, and easy to work with from the start of our first interaction. He's an honest and knowledgeable person, who listened to my needs/concerns and fixed exactly what I needed without adding fees or trying to up sell more work. I paid exactly what he quoted me from our phone call, but made it clear before he got started that he would only do work if he believed he could make the problems better. Lucky for us he did! He was quick, got my sinks unclogged in about 20 mins, and gave me some tips on tools for new homeowners. Great service! So happy to have someone to call now :)

Very good job done by Roy! I had an issue with the outdoor faucet in my backyard that was causing a major leak and He diagnosed the problem over the phone and was able to quote me on the spot. Then when he came he quickly saw the issue and was able to replace the faucet without needing to drill into the brick work. He simply explained to us why the issue developed and how we can prevent it going forward. Couldn't have asked for better service and reasonable pricing! Will be using him in the future.

Mr. Adams has made numerous repairs in my home and has always been polite and punctual. He asks questions to be sure of the problem and quickly does his work. He is clean and tidy, never leaving a mess for me to clean up after. He responds quickly and personally to service calls. I feel he charges a reasonable fee. Whenever I need a plumber, he is the one I trust.
